Friendly and helpful staff.
Room OK but very hot, dirty walls by head end of the bed.
No milk for tea but reception provided some when we asked.
Jacuzzi out of order which was a shame as I don't swim so this would have been nice to use.

Hotel grounds lovely. Stayed in deluxe double bedroom however it was set up as 2 singles. Carpet didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Room was lovely though, spacious and balcony was a lovely addition. Didn’t use Leisure facilities. Cocktails at bar very good, as was the service. Breakfast was a little underwhelming however it supplied the cold and hot options.

It is a nice property. I think in summer it would be especially nice. I arrived and left in dark hours. Room was nice . Bedding and amenities were good. Tea and coffee in room. Hair dryer fan and ironing board in cupboard.
The breakfast was very good. Cereal, juice, tea and coffee , fresh fruit and cooked breakfast.
Only one thing which was a let down was cleanniness in communal areas. Especially in restaurant , carpet with bits on it and floor that looks in need of mopping was a put off. It is a simple fix .
I would stay again.

Lovely out of the way hotel with lovely big junior suite - plenty of space for the 4 of us. Nice swimming pool & sauna, pity there is no longer a spa pool as this would've made it even better.

It was ok. The pool area looked deteriorated. No water fountain close to the sauna. You have to bring your own water. Not very 4 star.

I can imagine in its time the hotel was luxurious, it hasn’t dated and is very well designed. Unfortunately, it’s looking a little tired now. There were marks all over the walls and ceiling and whilst it wasn’t a bad welcome, I didn’t get a warm feeling when checking in. The food was lovely (falafel wrap - great flavours) but the bar/lounge atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I was lucky to get a deal via *******, but I wouldn’t pay full price. I’m sure it’s excellent for golf and parking was easy. Some paint, work on the customer experience/journey and some nice jazz music in the lounge would improve this hotel greatly!

I have stayed at this property before this trip. Similar issues with cleanliness and run down building. Difficult to pass off as a 4 star hotel when it needs a lot of refurbishment. This stay was unpleasant due to a very unclean room on arrival and was woken up at 5:30am due to a fire alarm going off. It made it extremely difficult to go back to sleep. Upon arrival to our room we found hair on the bed and on the toilet leading us to think that the room had not been cleaned prior to us checking in.

Went as a family of 4, although some bits a of the room was a tired. It was clean and perfect. Quite surprised by the amount of room we had.
The staff were welcoming and were more than happy to assist us. The pool was great and will be back in the future
