Kasa RiNo Denver

It was a very easy and smooth check in and out process. Apar**ent was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Parking was a pain. I paid for two nights for covered parking but there was only room the first night. Otherwise, I lived the room and being able to have a full kitchen.

The maximum stay is for six people. The living room sitting area or dining table, does not fit six people. The sidewalks and roads are not snow plowed and it’s difficult to enter the property. There is not easy access to the trash dumpsters. Overall, it’s a comfy place to fit for four people.

The apar**ent complex is similar to what most new/modern apar**ents are like. Good community features, sitting areas, business center, gym, etc. The 1-bedroom unit with a kitchen is quite comfortable for 1-2 people. Walls are thin, so you might want to use the complimentary ear plugs that Kasa provides. Kitchen is minimally equipped, so don't count on a lot of gadgets. The RiNo district is exploding with numerous new apar**ents being built. This makes Kasa RiNo a bit isolated (still walkable from downtown) since new connecting streets are not yet complete. I imagine the entire area will look very different in 6 months. Overall, this is a good and reasonable short term option.

My boyfriend and I booked at staycation at the KasaRino aparthotel the last weekend in January 2024 and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to interact with anyone during the check in and out process and that the building was very secure. The beds were comfortable and firm with memory foam top and the space was very clean. Everything was to our liking. We would recommend KasaRino to our friends and family and would definitely stay again.

Love this place! The apar**ent was gorgeous and very clean and bright! Loved the parking garage option, since parking around the building was limited. The place is super convenient when coming to Rino and downtown Denver, especially for work. Will definitely stay here again.

Unit is nice and the king size bed was very comfortable but was disappointed that the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen countertops and cooktops were not clean. Rooms are good sized and there are large closets but not a single dresser to store clothing in the entire unit. There is only one TV in the entire unit which we found surprising considering it had 2 seperate bedrooms and a living room. We made do. Parking is an absolute disaster with none available near the unit the entire time we stayed. So you are forced to park down by the river on large gravel/rocks and walk. There was also tons of police monitoring the area (not sure if thats good or bad) but came home one night to over 10 police vehicles hearding up homeless individuals (lots of commotion). The garage doors are extreamly loud every time they open and close and you can constantly hear the train sounds going off all day/night. This unit had both likes and dislikes but is a bit pricey for the overall experience.

Due to the ongoing construction in the area being outdoors is challenging. However, once inside, the unit was quiet and pristine. Entry into the building is by keypad. Once inside taking the elevator to the unit was a breeze. Elevator entry after five requires a code which was an appreciated extra security feature. Definitely pay for the parking as parking in this area is not the best. Our stay was a combination of business and pleasure, the location was perfect for our downtown Denver meetings and provided easy access to the interstate allowing us to make our other meetings. Just ditch the hotels and give Kasa a try.

Fantastic property and tremendous value. The only issue is that there is very little in the area, with respect to restaurants, coffee, groceries, etc.
