Right before we arrived, I read a review here that was quite negative about this hotel but I completely disagree. We stayed with our 4 year old daughter in a family room in early October. Weather was cold, was raining one day, but it did not matter. The hotel had 3 pools, which all were open. That is so rare to find around here in October. One pool is heated and there’s a rooftop terrace. Other than that, the service is the best we have received in Italy. We were always greeted and welcomed and all was explained. You are escorted to your room and when you leave to your car. The attention to detail in decor and sitting areas is breathtaking. Everything is well thought through. The breakfast service is amazing. You are served and you can also help yourself for the buffet. The viewers are great everywhere. We had a wonderful time and our daughter cried when we had to leave. I wanted too ☺️ this is definitely on my return-to list.

A lovely hotel perfectly situated to explore Lake Garda. Weather wasn’t great when we arrived so we were hoping to stay in and eat but the restaurant was closed. No bother for the extremely helpful staff who recommended and booked an amazing local restaurant (Alla Stella) for us instead. After we checked out we were able to leave our bags at the hotel whilst we visited Sirmione. Breakfast plentiful, service wonderful. Would love to come back in better weather to experience the outside as it looks picturesque.

There are many lovely aspects to this hotel with equal concerns. The foyer, restaurant & lounge area are lovely, elegant & well maintained. The staff in the restaurant & bar are excellent & a credit to the hotel. Once you leave the entrance, things change. The pool & garden is gorgeous (note the back pool has a plastic lining, not sure about the front pool, its very noisy by the road) The pool furniture is tired, mattresses stained & rattan in the side tables disintegrated. It makes the area look shabby & un cared for. Our room was a similar situation. All the furniture was chipped & cracked, walls stained also chipped, bathroom sink stained, & a foul smell coming from shower recess. No powerpoint by bedside unless you unplug lamp. This is not the quality or standard expected of this style of hotel. The hallways were also scuffed & paint chipped & looked shabby & uncared for. When I mentioned my concerns, the senior staff member rolled his eyes at me. Never, in years of travel has a front desk team member ever been so rude & disrespectful. It's hard to feel welcome when humiliated by the reception staff.

A beautiful family run hotel just over the road from Lake Garda, a short stroll to the ferry teminal and the town centre. We had a room overlooking the lake which was perfect. Breakfast is served either indoors or on the patio by the pool as is dinner which was also superb. For a cheap option the pizzeria over the road is absolutel excellent , especially if you manage to get a table overlooking the lake in the evening.

It is a top shelf hotel with very helpful staff And certainly exceeded our expectations. Great location lovely breakfast and very comfortable. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Rooftop seating area and out door breakfast area were great . In summary a very relaxing and enjoyable experience

Exceptional staff willing to meet all requirements with a smile. A beautiful small hotel in lovely grounds 6 min from centre. The junior suite is modern clean with balconies - but could do with an extra rubbish basket!! If that is my only complaint you can tell how happy we were with the stay. Great value hotel for lake stay with an upmarket feel.

I can highly recommend this hotel! The staff were all amazing, very friendly and polite and made our stay really relaxing. The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to Desenzano, the lakeside and the ferries. The grounds and the restaurant are very clean and well kept with modern furniture in the bedroom. The food was delicious and breakfasts were plentiful too!

The best service I have experienced in a long time. Every single member of staff went above and beyond. They couldn’t go enough to help. The hotel itself is beautifully kept and is in a great location close to the town and ferry. Breakfast was lovely and the waiters were very professional. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

This hotel looked after every detail and made sure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable and we felt so welcomed by the staff. From Gin Mondays where cocktails were crafted to suit your personal tastes and poolside service of cocktails and snacks. Loved every minute of our stay. The rooms come complete with having pool towels but also a pool bag and flip flops! The pool along the front of the hotel is so relaxing and the property overall beautifully landscaped and well looked after.
