Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The whole hotel is impeccable in hygiene, the public areas are spotless, and the corridors have no smell. The room was cleaned, the sheets were flat and stained, the bathroom sink, floor and corners were cleaned in place, the toiletries were neatly arranged, and the ventilation was good without a sense of stuffy tide. The overall environment is quiet and tidy, the decoration is simple and comfortable, the lighting is soft, and the living is particularly relaxing.

Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive, proactively helping with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completing check-in, and providing detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. Upon check-out, they even inquired about my stay. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience; I was extremely satisfied with everything from the service and the environment to the hotel's cleanliness. The butler was also excellent, responding promptly and showing great care. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Sanxingdui. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The pictures on the Internet looked average, but the front desk service was very enthusiastic after arriving at the hotel. The short-haired lobby manager saw that we brought children and took the initiative to tell us to send more toothbrushes and children's slippers. The hotel immediately provided an air purifier. The hotel is conveniently located with abundant dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast variety is moderate, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles. The room I booked includes two breakfasts, and the front desk also gave the children breakfast for free. The service staff was enthusiastic, responded promptly, and thoughtfully delayed check-out by one hour. Very suitable for family travel.

The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. When checking in, there is a glass of warm water in the room, which is very heartwarming. The only drawback is that the facilities are relatively old, so the bathroom is very small, and the location of the toilet is unreasonable, which makes it very inconvenient.

This hotel is very close to the Sichuan Judicial Police Academy, just a 5-minute walk away. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady was warm and thoughtful. When I heard that my nails were long and wanted to cut my nails, I sent me a new nail clipper. I was bitten by aphids in the park and my hand was swollen. Miss sister gave me wind oil to apply itching. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the hotel also has a laundry room and a fitness room. The only downside is that there are fewer restaurants and pharmacies downstairs to eat, and you need to walk across the road to another street more than 300 meters away to eat.

I like the style of the all-season hotel. The room is quiet, there is a laundry room, which is convenient for washing clothes, and the breakfast tastes good and has many varieties.

I've been to Deyang three times, so let me give you some advice: you absolutely must plan your hotel, tickets, itinerary, and transportation in advance.
