VOI Dhiggiri Resort - All Inclusive

It was my 1st visit. I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday on M. I was alone and wanted to forget about stress, work, noise and just enjoy peacefulness n underwatta universe, so I choose Mldvs. Im totally in love. I liked the island SO MUCH! It is so small, cozy, intimate! So quiet n peaceful - just what I needed + the fish in the restaurant was SO tasty that I ate it 2ce a day every day. I’ve never ate such a delicious fish I’m Moscow. 💞 +stuff are very merry, friendly, funny and active. I wanna thank Matteo and Edo - the best, the funniest, the coolest guys))) and also Sam and Selly from diving centre. And also - my waiter Narob (if I’m not mistaken) - he was was very courteous and attentive, he helped me when I had a problem 💞

We had a vacation with my husband on their honeymoon. A hotel for a romantic stay for two, without children, excellent service, a large bungalow room on the water. Special thanks to our waitress Indah - she is very responsive, always smiling and serves quickly!

UN SOGNO REALIZZATO Bellissima vacanza, siamo state in un paradiso. Isola piccola bellissima dove ho provato un grande senso di libertà. Belle le over water dove alloggiavamo, bello tutto il resort. Buono e molto vario il buffet. Gentile e cordiale tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento particolare a Indah, la nostra cameriera personale che è stata dolcissima e gentile per tutto il tempo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff dell'animazione che erano sempre presenti ma non invadenti. Grazie quindi a Gaetano il capitano di questa squadra, a Mathis, Giulia, Stella, Gaia, Chiara, Michelangelo, grazie a Serena che è stata carinissima in un momento in cui ero in difficoltà, grazie a gli altri ragazzi del diving dei quali ricordo il nome solo di Sam e Marco, grazie a Nicolò, che ci ha letteralmente preso in carico dall'inizio alla fine e poi grazie anche a chi ho dimenticato di nominare. I love this place, Good service, Amazing room and good food. Nareesh and Suranga the best!!! The room is always clean and the view is on the ocean… a paradise! I love the place, it is a perfect retreat for the spirit. Thank you Probably I will come Back for the third time…!!

We stayed at this resort in August. This is! The hotel is amazing! Spacious room with a wonderful view, very clean and well maintained. Not a single dust in the room was found in the room. Fresh bed linen and towels. good Maldivian swimming and very nice beach areas. But the sea was rough and. We appreciate the impeccable service and would like to send a million thanks to your housekeepers, Mr. Suranga, Jamal, and Tharuka, who helped us with all our questions and took wonderful care of us! The cleanliness of the villa was perfect! The compliments have always been wonderful! The food was excellent in the restaurants, breakfast and dinner buffet with many varieties to choose from. Thank you very much for the food and beverage service. We will definitely return to this place! Thanks Michela

This is our second visit to the Maldives. First visit ee stayed at The Mercure Maldives which was amazing. The Dhiggiri Island itself is lovely the wait staff are very friendly. The food is Italian and very nice. The down fall with this resort is it is owned by an Italian and before COVID is was only for Italian guests. Since the reopening after COVID they have decided to invite other nationalities but it is still 99% Italians. We are here now and it is quite busy but we are the only non Italians here. Everything is written in Italian, they all speak Italian. It hard to join in on activities because they speak in Italian Presentations and Kareoke was all in Italian. We feel very left out as the entertainment staff ignore us. I tried fitting in on Maldivian night dancing which was ok. But I asked the DJ could he please some English music. Which he was kind enough to oblige but then all the Italians walk off the dance floor so the entertainment staff told not to play English again. Also we have an exclusive package but they said it didn't include WIFi but when we booked the holiday through Myholidays 2 it was included. I noticed on reviews other people had the same problem. So we have had to pay $60AUD for 5 days on one device. Also make sure you bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they don't have any on the rooms. Which is very odd. Sorry Dhiggiri Island we won't be back. The Mercure package was definitely the better one.

It is amazing calm place with wonderful nature and ocean. The resort is very well maintained and has everything we need - bungalow with a view, restaurant with delicious food and bar with plenty of cocktails. What made our stay complete and full of happiness was the all the teams working there. The animators were shining skillful young people that made us feel so special, they always had a smile for us, helped in any activities, made us constantly smiling. The team had amazing attitude to make you feel happy and comfortable, and despite the fact that we were not part of the typical groups going there, we were all the times involved in activities and the overall experience was so touching and warm. The rest of the staff was also extremely caring, smiling and trying to make us feel comfortable at any time. Great experience for us

The most wonderfully relaxing holiday in the most beautiful location! We purchased the all inclusive package which included all meals and drinks throughout our stay., in an over water villa. The variety and quality of the food and drink was excellent. Rooms were serviced daily, and 2 large bottles of water replenished each day. The staff were warm, friendly and very accomodating- some with an excellent sense of humour. We also had our first scuba diving experience while there, and snorkelling every day. Many varieties of fish to be seen. Our first trip, and won’t be our last.

Wish we were back there. A magical experience…yes some areas appear tired and in need of a lick of paint, but don’t we all ! The staff, food and amazing surroundings make up for everything. Rooms equipped with everything…walk to the bar and socialise! It was great.
