My stay at Jacaranda was more then peaceful. Really quiet area, a place to relax and unwinding the soul. Food was delicious and the staff of the Hotel is really friendly. Huge shoutout to the Animationteam, especially to Juma. He's really friendly and kind and always had a smile on his face. If you need a good sport lession or someone who teaches you how to dance, just ask for him :) Asante sana!

Had a warm reception and that we were facilitated very well during our workshop meeting. All the necessary assistance to make the meeting a success, was provide. How i wished the animation team was involved in outdoor games for physical fitness Thank you so much.

Its beautiful place with a great ambience. The staff were more than friendly, from receiption to the restaurant ,we felt home, the service in the restaurant was excellent. Very Nice buffet. I highly recommend Jacaranda Diani Beach resort.

We are still in Jacaranda, we have been coming back to this place for 3 years. Great beach, great people, kind persononel. You can praise all these people for their hard work to make us rest comfortably .... We have been in Kenya since January 29 ... and I don't want to go back home, but what? one must. Jacaranda is the last hotel in Diani and maybe that's why it is so beautiful here. Many thanks for help and care to Virginia who always tried to help, and was always smiling next door. Many thanks to Dolphin, the waitress who was always there, always helpful, nice girl ... always smiling and kind. She was professional in her work, she can help advise in every situation. talking with a smile and a joke. Especially James, the boy ... who has been everywhere, at all times, always had some help not to sit idle, big applause James would be boring without you ... I think such people should be appreciated as they are improving the level of service in Jacaranda. Thank you Dolphin, thank you James, thank you Virginia ..... thanks to you staying at Jaca .... it was wonderful. Maybe we will come back next year ..... thank you to all the staff at Jacaranda, you make us feel at home here ..... 😀 ♥️

The resort is quite large but nicely spread along the beach with plenty of space. Rooms are either beach front or garden. The gardens are lovely but our garden room was stuffy and very hot. The room was quite small and the aircon was not working very well at all. It was hard to sleep , even with the windows open the room was airless. The hotel is well run, with good staff and facilities. The food is all served buffet style( we were half board) but it was surprisingly good, freshly prepared and varied. The pool area is not very appealing but there are a few small plunge pools spread out in the gardens. There is entertainment laid on every night which gives it a bit of a holiday camp atmosphere. A bit too big and busy for us.

It was wonderful being at Jacaranda Indian Ocean, the bush dinner, the acrobats, the karaoke, sunset sail at the Kongo estuary were all wonderful. Keep it up Jacaranda. The room that I was occupying though had its air-conditioning faulty.

The rooms were fabulous... showers though didn't get warm water... the staff were friendly soo friendly ... the food was amazing. The amenities were well taken care off. It was a lovely place to visit. We had such a wonderful experience. The access to the beach made it all wow.

I stayed at Jacaranda in September with a friend. The animation staff was very kind, specially Ishmael always with great attitude that made us enjoyed a lot our stay. We had a great time in his acquagym classes and dancing shows. Hope we can visit Jacaranda again.
