Sympathetically modernised building that provides clean, bright, comfortable accommodation and excellent service. Attention to detail is impressive and the location is ideal for the heart of Dinard. Parking available nearby.

This was our 2nd visit to the Balmoral. But this time we decided to upgrade to the superior room. Easy check-in with a warm welcome. Our room was allocated on the top (3rd floor) overlooking the buildings & courtyard at the rear of the hotel. The room was well laid out, slightly bigger than the standard room we had previously stayed in, with big windows & aircon. Double bed was firm & comfortable. Decent ensuite shower room with mini hairdryer & shower gel. Only large towels provided, so had to ask for another one to use for my hair. There was a kettle, mugs & tea/coffee in the room on arrival but no milk. 2 small bottles of water were provided on arrival. Breakfast consisted of bread, pastries, boil your own eggs, ham/cheese, cereal, yoghurts, fruit, jams & tea/coffee/juice. Location was centrally positioned a couple of streets back from the sea front with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Ideal location for a visit to Dinard.

Désagréments bruit dus aux travaux (travaux à etage supérieur pendant la sieste) et petit déjeuner très bruyant suite vente mobilier de l hôtel. Nous aurions aimé être prévenu au préalable et bénéficier geste commercial

accueil sympathique, hôtel bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied lorsque l'on est garé chambre très propre et bien équipée petit déjeuner complet, pain et viennoiseries du jour et de boulangerie l'hôtel est en travaux, mais ça n'a pas impacté la qualité de notre séjour

Manque d'espace dans la chambre que nous avons eu. Dès l'entrée dans la chambre, nous avons perçu une odeur très désagréable : manque d'aération. Séche cheveux hors service, manque de sachets de café soluble, manque de papier toilette. L'accueil très agréable, buffet de petit déjeûner très bien garni et denrées très bonnes. La jeune femme à l'accueil est à l'écoute des clients et très professionnelle.

Nous avons passer une nuit dans cet hôtel pour fêter l’anniversaire de ma compagne. La chambre premium était magnifiquement rénovée et spacieuse. Jolie salle de bains avec une baignoire d’angle. Le seul bémol consiste à fixer le cache inférieur en plastique de la baignoire. Nous avions 2 petits balcons avec aperçu de l’océan. Réveil magnifique au son des mouettes.

Etablissement très bien situé dans Dinard. Parking à proximité. Chambres confortables, de taille suffisante. Accueil convivial de Sophie. Echanges très sympas : présentation de Dinard, ses restaurants et ses ballades.

Service convenable, la moquette est un peu sale, le chauffage fait pas mal de bruit, literie confortable, petit déjeuner un peut cher et non pris en compte dans la réservation
