The hotel property is spacious and has all the amenities. However they need to do maintenance and work on replacing old sanitary wares. Liked the greenery around, a peaceful place for family.

Worst food /no proper mannered staff/ no hot water in room and in one-word pathetic services, no one is there who will take care of guest and for most important if you want to get ill take there food

The staff specifically receptionist was very rude, she was ignoring when i was talking to her, super arrogant and unprofessional

Stay was good but i can be improved interms of cleaning Especially in bathroom Also bathroom fixtures was not in working condition Second thing we did not like breakfast as per the rate the my should be serving more varieties As compared to other properties in the same rate we were not satisfied with the breakfast… but yes service was good Staff response was good

Beautiful resort . Highly cooperative & courteous staff. Good food & reasonably priced. Large pool and activity area.Very prompt room service.Approximately 1 KM from main market. Resort is on the main road leading to airport. Spa managed by an experienced worker.

I have bad experience at azzaro diu hotel. I got checked in at 2:30 pm. Hotel’s lady receptionist talking like unprofessional behaviour. I said give me my money back i don’t want to stay here than she allocate room to us.

No bathroom sleeper for room no drayer we order sandwiches they denied to make it hot in microwave no hair oil in the menu they have only some items to order others are just printed management and staff is poor dogs are roaming in property at night

Very disappointing experience. Amenities such as hot water in bathroom was not working at the time when we checked-in . The geyser has been turned on after repeated complaining at reception. Because of this, I asked to change my room at reception counter, the person at reception counter told me that there is some issue going on regarding hot water and I to adjust with it. Also, the faucet in the bathroom is leaking. There are creaks on basin pot as well as comode pot. The bottles of body wash and shampoo were empty. The cane chair located in balcony was not in good condition. In all, the maintenance of room is horrible. This kind of service is not expected in a five star hotel.
