Please can you contact me iv book a room and asked for an extra bed I book this before hand … and the *** at the reception is not even willing to help instead he shouted at me infront of everyone and wouldn’t even give me a contact number for the management the lady I spoke to her name is kajal and she was very good but this *** as soon as I asked for his name he put the phone down and blocked my call from the hotel Moblie this is very unacceptable please can you give me a number for the management so I can take this matter forward as it’s very hot and am travelling with my elderly parents and I don’t need this right now

Poor quality room (not clean) we have to ask right from towel to door mat. Worst part was the bed , we ended up sleeping on the floor. Overall experience was not at all good while the manager accommodate change of room, still the had similar challenges.

The place is not family friendly, some of the staffs are so rude and they murmur when we have some request...The Room had no towel or toiletries and we had to call reception for everything. My brother's room had a opened budweiser in his fridge from previous guest which was not even cleaned

The resort service is totally pathetic and Staff is not good they don't have Hospitality, first time i came in my room we got 2 Seal package drinking water bottles but next we are getting broken sealed package drinking water those guys reusing the the plastic bottle filled with unhygienic water and giving in the room, When I complaining to Reception Staff they told me Clearly This is our service we provide like that we are giving those bottles to everyone why are you not taking, And said If you want to take otherwise don't take . This resort has no kind of hospitality And staff attitude is totally agressive even their way of talking to Guest is so bad
