The animation team is good and wiwi is amazing, i had a really good time with her. The food and drinks were really good and the personal was really good too. The rooms were okay but the toilet was is leaking and the hot water isnt working sometimes.

I really do not recommend this place. It was dirty, I was afraid of a weird cleaner, who did not respect my privacy and red sign on hotel room door "do not enter". He forgot his charging phone in my room and did not refill the toilet paper, although he was changing my towels every day (every towel, even if I had my swimming suit on it). Everywhere was dirty (dishes, tables) and the restaurant did not work properly (some days they didn´t make snacks etc. and nobody knew why). The receptionist did not inform themselves - my door did not work to open because of the bad batteries and during 24 hours there was not any repair. I was really disappointed but met a great tourists there at least! :) Martina

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Unpleasant director, very bad service. Every day we have to wait til evening for towels, no food at meals,... AC stopped working and it was 47°C outside, pol wasnt cleaned once despite the fact that some child has pooped in to te pool. There was no plates and glasses at meals and the cutlery was Also dirty

I really enjoyed it there. The first look was shocking to me, I mean the room and the dining room. We got 2 rooms with 2 beds even though we are a family of 5. The very next day everything was resolved and everything was in perfect order. What I would definitely add stars to this hotel were the animators. Everyone was nice and always attended to us. One was nicer than the other. I mainly mean Mane, Fifi, Toto and I'm not sure about the last name Dali. I really liked Mane there. But I don't want to offend anyone with this.

I do not recommend! This hotel is not so pricey and good for a family holiday but of course it has its ups downs. Starting with ups, reception was very nice. We didn’t wait much in the check in and our rooms were almost already ready before 12pm. The pool was very clean and somehow warm and some of the stuff were fun and friendly. The shower water was warm so that’s an up too! The beach was so clean and warm! IT’S SO GOOOD~ The downs are much more lol. The rooms were awful, we found a lot of insects ( we didn’t take pictures but there sure was and trust me it can be terrifying and disgusting!!!). The toilets didn’t have toilet hose (flexible/touyo) and my parents’ room toilet had an issue where it doesn’t work well so it always smells bad. We told the reception and it took them more than a day to send a plumber, so they had to stick with us until it got fixed. The food was ok but not varied enough, some was just tasteless. Soft drinks machine in the canteen wouldn’t work most of the time and sometimes there was no cups for water or drinks. Most of the stuff only care of the tourists. I understand that they want better tips but don’t treat those who are not from France or Germany badly, at some point one of them wouldn’t allow us to sit next to the window claiming it’s for a tourist? GIVE ME A BREAK LOL! Another issue that no one m would tell until you already pay, it’s true that there was no direct access to the beach, but the hotel has its own private beach ( even tho it’s shared with another hotel). Why would it open at 8am and close at 6pm?! I mean come on, with this temperature and humidity it’s so hot during the day so you can only swim by sunrise or sunset, right? It just makes no sense to me ! Other downs, there was no fridge in the room, not enough towels, you can only get water in cups and buy bottles (expensive) Overall, i wouldn’t recommend!

I was in Tunis for the first time, I couldn't imagine it. The first impression was strange, misery, dirt. I even had mixed feelings about the hotel. The non-participation of our delegate also contributed a lot to this. That was probably the biggest problem, but the hotel was not to blame. There was plenty of food, both fresh vegetables and meat and various sauces. It is true that on the first days, everything was very hot and only baguette could be chosen for the children. Later it got better and even the spaghetti was not hot. Right after our arrival, we got 1 less bed, but everything was fixed the very next day. The room was clean and new towels every day. It is true that some dinar was needed. And the animators? They were great, they tried to make us have fun every day. But it's true that if you don't get involved and you don't want to make it pleasant or you're negative, then nobody will do anything to you. And the overall impression... beauty, I enjoyed it to the fullest, I found out how they live elsewhere and I have a lot of beautiful experiences. After all, vacation should be enjoyed. When you are nice to others, they will reciprocate 😉❤️.

Nous avons très mal vécu notre séjour dans cet hôtel avec une clientèle principalement locale (à 80%) et familiale. Les deux derniers avis ( Cynthia et Belhassen) ont bien décrit notre séjour. Comme eux, à chaque repas c’était « la guerre » pour avoir une pauvre assiette ou des couverts. Les pauvres serveurs sortaient des cuisines avec 5 ou 6 assiettes propres et se les faisaient littéralement arrachées des mains. La cuisine n’est pas du tout variée ( j’espère que vous aimez le poulet et les pâtes). L’attente avant d’arriver à se servir était interminable. Les tables ont du mal à être desservies, pas de la faute des serveurs mais d’une mauvaise gestion et surtout un manque d’effectif. Pour les chambres ce n’est pas mieux 🥺 Climatisation défaillante et bruyante, baie vitrée qui ne ferme pas, pas d’eau froide, TV HS … L’équipe d’animation (si l’on peut appeler ça une équipe d’animation) passent plus de temps à « s’occuper » des femmes occidentales seules que de mettre de l’ambiance. Des notre premier jour nous avons demandé à changer d’hôtel même avec un supplément, il était hors de question de rester 15 jours dans cet hôtel …Nous y sommes restés 7 jours 😥. En 30 ans de clubs c’était la première fois que nous demandions à changer d’hôtel. Heureusement la majorité des clients font de court séjours ( du moins en cette période). Nous avons souvent échangé avec le directeur qui reconnaît pas mal de dysfonctionnements. Si je peux comprendre le besoin de l’hôtelier à remplir son hôtel à moindre coût, j’ai plus de mal à comprendre la politique commerciale de PROMOSEJOURS via sa filiale CORALIA. Cet hôtel n’a pas sa place dans leur catalogue, il ternit son image et engendre beaucoup de frustration des clients. Pour notre seconde semaine CLUBCORALIA nous a proposé le VINCCI DAR MIDOUM (qui est à 500 mètres du CEDRIANA) et là une toute autre ambiance. L’hôtel est vraiment d’un très bon standing même si le prix est certes plus élevé, les prestations sont belles et bien au rendez-vous et valent largement la différence de prix et cela à plus d’un titre

Par où commencer? N'y allez pas! Déçue de club Coralia, proposé par PROMOSEJOUR, jamais vu ça avant. Avec un peu plus de moyens,de matériel , d'équipements, d'organisation...ou d'un directeur moins buté, l'hôtel serait top. MR se rappellera de moi. Il manque de vaisselle, les serveurs sont obligés de récupérer notre verre une fois reposé sur la table, pas assez d'assiettes ni de couverts pour tous, menus très peu variés. Au bar, pas assez de verres,fêlés la plupart. Le soir ,pas de table après 21h30 pour poser nos verres, elles sont retirées. Animations sans intérêt, le soir ou en journée. Personnel non formé. Parties communes sales. Climatisation défaillante et TV impossible à allumer. Piscine limite propre, heureusement qu'il y a la plage!!! Mais manque de tout aussi là bas, transat, matelas et parasol ! Gros problème d'organisation dans le chek-in, ceux qui arrivent à 14h ont leur chambre avant nous qui sommes là depuis 11h du mat, épuisés du voyage.Le personnel manque de tout pour travailler dans de bonnes conditions et pourtant ils sont serviables, souriants, HAMZA au bar, les serveurs du restaurant, le tatoueur et l'équipe du SPA. Merci à eux.

Niestety nie mogę polecić. W łazience olbrzymie karaluchy, materac, pościel czuć stęchlizną i grzybem. Obsługa niby miła, ale kuchnia i wyżywienie to dramat. Brudne naczynia, ślady ust, szminki. Brak sztućców, talerzy, a po trzech dniach brak jedzenia. Nikt nie sprzątał stolików, nie ma gdzie usiąść, choć niektórzy siedzą przy trzech złączonych stołach. Po godzinie nikt nie sprzątnął żadnego z brudnych stołów. Jeśli przyjdziesz na śniadanie po godzinie 8.00 zostaną Ci tylko resztki z wczorajszej kolacji. Puste dystrybutory z napojami już do końca dnia. Walka o widelec i wcale nie musi być czysty. W barze drinki z barwionych soków, czuć tylko chemię. Animatorzy bardzo się starają i robią swoją robotę, ale tylko dla gości francuskojęzycznych. Piana Party mega! Polecam. Basen wewnętrzny.... brrry odradzam. Pływające kłęby włosów, woda mętna. Taki dramacik. Ogólnie stołówka to sanepidowski koszmar i brak jedzenia, bar .... zasłona milczenia. Lepiej dopłacić parę złotych i nocować w innym hotelu.
