Even though I had made a reservation a month in advance and paid for it, when I arrived at the hotel, they said that they were fully booked and they could not take me, they offered me a refund, but I could not stay anywhere else for the same money. If I had not insisted, they would not have sent me to another hotel. The hotel they sent was not of the same quality as what I paid for, and it was a terrible experience. When I called trip.com and got support, they called the hotel and said they couldn't find anyone, it wasn't acceptable, I couldn't do anything out of desperation and went to the hotel they sent me.
