The male receptionist at the hotel was very attentive, especially to the needs of the children. The restaurant staff were also incredibly thoughtful. When we went for breakfast, it was already close to closing time, and some of the serving dishes were empty. A staff member noticed me looking around and asked if I needed anything replenished, assuring me they could provide it at any time. The hotel offers beautiful views of the mountains. You can also easily rent an electric scooter to get to the film city, which is about 1.5 kilometers away.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, with no strange odors, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The surrounding area has convenient options for dining and transportation, and it's quiet, ensuring a good night's rest. The soundproofing was good, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – so I slept soundly. Overall, it offers great value for money and is suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended.

The VIP Building is incredibly convenient for visiting Hengdian World Studios. The Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good, and the room was very spacious. The suite had two bathrooms and even a washing machine! The front desk staff were so thoughtful; they gave my child a complimentary breakfast when they found out I had a kid with me. The room also came with face masks and cooling patches, which was a lovely touch, especially during the hot summer. It's rare to find a hotel that puts so much thought into the guest experience.

The location is excellent, right across from Qin Palace. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was some noise during the day. The cleanliness was just okay, and breakfast options were limited. Not many guests were staying, but for around 200 yuan for a chain hotel, it's good value for money. Although there were few staff members, they were diligent. When my child threw up in the middle of the night, someone came to clean it up right away after I called. You get what you pay for, and for a hotel near a scenic spot at this price, it's acceptable.

The hotel is right next to the hot springs, and the environment is excellent. There's also a campsite. The complimentary hot springs are really good with a wide variety of types, and it's very pet-friendly. The only downside is that the lanterns next to the cabins don't turn off at night, which isn't ideal for people sensitive to light.

This Orange Crystal hotel, newly opened in 2025, definitely has top-notch decor and facilities. However, it seems to be an old building that's been renovated, so it doesn't hold up to close scrutiny. The reason for not giving a full 5 stars is the hygiene; I simply can't give it a perfect score. As soon as you get upstairs, there's a strange smell in the hallway. The cleanliness in the room could be improved, and the same goes for the restaurant… you could clearly see water stains, oil stains, and wipe marks on the placemats and tabletops. Let's talk about the 15% discount on tickets. It's a pretty good promotion, but only adult tickets were eligible for the discount, with no children's tickets available for purchase. If you wanted the 15% off, you had to buy adult tickets for everyone. Later, I realized that a 1-adult-1-child annual pass was the most cost-effective option, so people can choose based on their own situation. After comparing prices across various platforms, we found a coupon on Trip.com and ended up buying a package deal there. The bar area in the room deserves a special mention! You can enjoy making your own pour-over coffee, and the tea set also adds a nice touch. The amenities in a new hotel are indeed quite good. Suggestion: The air conditioning in the elevator and the hallway leading to the restaurant could be turned up; it felt a bit stuffy.

Staying at Atour Hotel 3.6 in Hengdian was such a wise decision! It's very close to the Qin Palace, making travel convenient. The hotel environment is comfortable and stylish; although it's newly opened, the rooms were clean and odor-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes and a wide variety of options. A bowl of hot porridge late at night was especially comforting. The 3.6 version has new hardware, a great overall experience, attention to detail, and excellent value for money. I would definitely choose it again next time! 👍

This is a really clean and refreshing guesthouse, a charming and off-the-beaten-path place. The special offer rooms are excellent value. It's close to the scenic spots; you can walk from the nearby parking lot and stroll along Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street to the Ming and Qing Palaces. The Qin Palace and the Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival are also nearby. It's really a great place to explore, and transportation and food are very convenient. Highly recommended!
