The hotel is nice, the breakfast very nice and a convenient location. But the service was surprisingly bad, with staff not very helpful when we needed help, pretry much told us to figure it out outselves in a rather rude matter (i’m usually satisfied with the most, not often, complaining - never experienced anything like this…) Thumb down also for plastic covered matresses and pillows, pretty damp sleeping experience… Would not recommend it, must be better places for same money.

We stayed at your hotel from Saturday July 16th until Sunday July 17th, 2022, in rooms 101 and 404.
When booking the rooms we were not informed about the two wedding celebrations that would be taking place in the hotel on the evening of July 16th. The celebrations unfortunately disturbed very badly during the late evening and into the night, which made it virtually impossible for us to get any sleep. This was quite critical, as we were to embark on a long journey by car in the morning of July 17th.
The hotel itself was nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities for a good stay. Breakfast was good and fully lived up to expectations.

The hotel was good. Only complaint is with ********** and their listing for the triple room was inaccurate. No double bed and single- it was 2 singles (“king”) and a double couch pull out.

Although slightly on the outskirts the hotel is very nice. A spacious room and very clean. A walk to the central area with restaurants etc took around 20 minutes. I would definitely stay again, and parking was available for free which is always beneficial.

Alles geht ruhig seinen Gang, man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben und als Gast Wert geschätzt Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ansehnlich Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und es ist für jeden was dabei War schon mehrmals hier und würde nie enttäuscht Ich komme gerne wieder

Alles in allem so, wie in einem 4-Sterne Hotel zu erwarten. Allerdings zu wenige Parkplätze vor Ort, und als Ausweichparkplatz nur eine matschige Wiese. Der Frühstückskaffee kommt dierekt aus einem Kaffeevollautomaten. Das ist nervig laut und bei hohem Gästeaufkommen zudem unpraktisch.

Das Hotel besticht durch gut ausgebildetes und geschultes Personal im Service, Housekeeping und durch eine zentrale Lage mit günstigen Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Restaurant verfügt über eine kleine und pfiffige Karte. Die Tagungsräume sind gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt merkt man dem Hotel ein bisschen an, dass es sehr traditionsreich ist.
