We checked in on October 13,2023 and went to dinner. We came back after dinner to find the hotel in total darkness. There had been a power failure. the manager advised us that the power had been out for an hour and it might be out for another 3-4 hours and if we wanted to book another hotel he understood and to leave our name we we would get a refund. We booked another hotel. After two weeks I am now told that there would be NO refund. As an aside there were numerous safety lights in the halls and stairwells that did not work. Not a very safe hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean. Friendly and helpful at the front desk. Big plus he let us park our bike under the awning!

Very nice room. The comforter on the bed was very heavy and hot. Might be good for winter but not for August! Breakfast was very good also.

The agent was arrogant arguing about price. Told to contact *******… Then bottom side of duvet was ripped badly & he explained “they’re all like that as new ones can’t be found or are too expensive!” He did however give us a different room and the duvet cover was not torn!

The only thing I found wrong was the duvet had a major rip on the lining which should have been caught when changing the sheets...if the sheets were changed?
