I had an absolutely delightful visit to the Hilton Garden Inn. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The on-site restaurant served a delicious lunch with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the service was top-notch. Special thanks for Jameela who showed us around!

The staff were so kind and respectful specially in the breakfast area and the top restaurant,I went to spa and get a perfect massage,it was wonderful,the lobby area is small but good,there is no bar beside the pool,but totally I was satisfied and it's worth staying

The cafe was brilliant with lovely coffee and pastries and the staff excellent. Faheem was very helpful. I will come back definitely. Was nice and peaceful and really good to relax. All staff were brilliant and couldn’t help any more. Also a nice location

The hotel is extremely spacious with modern facilities, the room was clean and comfortable ,we stayed in room 2201 “the king corner burj khalifa view", the view was breathtaking. The staff were approachable, helpful and attentive especially Zeeshan and Baba from concierge ,Jenifer who checked us in smoothly. We went there to celebrate my birthday with my Wife, two complimentary cakes were offered one in our room and one during our dinner in the restaurant. The entire team came to sing for us including the chef Assim, they made us feel like it was all about our birthday. Many thanks to Wine and Thinzar who served our dinner, their service was top notch.The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from- they provide various fresh dishes. The service was superb and efficient, special mention to Kim and Ika thanks for welcoming us with their beautiful smiles and looking after us during our breakfast. Surely we will come back again soon, this is a must visit 5 star hotel. Gym and swimming pool are excellent ..

Great coffee , hot chocolate and croissants. Kritika served us with friendly professional service. Highly recommended for business or a break at this new fresh venue. I will visit here each time I come to Dubai. Great location and excellent experience

We had an amazing experience here at Embassy Suites Business Bay! The staff was very friendly and caring. Specially Kritika at the lobby cafe took care of us like a world class! We are very happy to be here and we cant wait for our next trip here.

We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the pool and had a wonderful dinner at the Rio restaurant. Kim provided outstanding service, recommending delicious dishes and signature drinks, all of which we tried. The 'Mexican Dance Off' cocktail stood out as one of the best we've ever had! We also highly recommend the Boscaiola Pizza, which is homemade by Chef Mae. She even came to our table to share more about the pizza’s preparation, which added a special touch to our meal. A big thank you to Kristine for her professionalism and attention to detail, she ensured our dining experience was exceptional. We will definitely be coming back!
