We have stayed at this hotel previously under different ownership as a couple. Having booked and then the hotel changing to Banyan we didn't know what to expect. This time we were travelling with our daughter and I wasn't sure if the bar etc that used to be there would be a little loud/late for her...the bar in question isn't there anymore. The hotel staff as the same and as great as ever. Piona at the pool was amazing, especially with our daughter Beatrice, she loved her and looked forward to her daily visit to the pool. The hotel is now very different in terms of it's vibe and is very much a more faily friendly place with a relaxed vibe. We were HB and the meal seclection/options very fine for a weeks stay. There was a lot of work going on at the hotel, but as we were at the pool most days this didn't really bother us. The staff make this hotel and they are really attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Seeing them being spoken to awfully by some guests (I'll not meniton their nationality, but there are a lot of them now at the hotel and in Dubai as a whole) The staff were always polite back to them and I just looked on in shock as there was really no need to be speaking to people like that but we noticed they do it a lot to the staff in the hotel. This is why I felt I had to write a review to say how wonderful your staff are as I doubt you are told that much as there aren't many English people at the hotel at all in terms of guests (when we were there). But you should really give your staff a pat on the back for their service...like I say Piona made our holiday. The hotel is very clean and the room was spotless.

We hadn’t stayed anywhere else but the palm but this hotel completely changed my mind. Bluewater provides easy access to shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk which was incredibly scenic daytime/nighttime. Hotel stunning, great facilities, restaurants varied and quality above excellent. Shout out to Mary and Michael who provided impeccable service throughout our stay - thoughtful and always with a smile - ambassadors to your hotel and brand. Cocktails, live DJ by the pool, kids catered for at kids club. Best night sleep / black out blinds. Can’t wait to return.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The service was outstanding and the staff members were clearly very attentive to every detail. The breakfast was exceptional (partly buffet, partly à la carte). The beach was also great, one of the best in the region. The only drawback was the presence of stones in the sand for a few meters inside the sea. However, once you go past this small portion, the sand becomes very smooth.

Thanks for Asar, check-in was fast and very hospitable. Service at a very high level. Lots of gifts for our 4 y.o. son. Highly recommended

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious resort. The beach there is beautiful. From the moment I arrived, the attentive team ensured that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The culinary experience was truly memorable during each meal, with delicious flavors and exquisite presentation. The view from my suite was just breathtaking! Overall, my experience at Banyan Tree Dubai was an unforgettable blend of luxury and comfort.

Great rooms, very nice beachfront and access to private beach, combined with great F&B and smiling and helpful staff. One feels really taken care of by professionals

My stay at the Banyan Tree was absolutely amazing. The accommodations and service were superb and the food was fantastic. We spent a lot of time working out by the pool and the service there was amazing as well. Thank you to the staff and team for great service.
