The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to all my needs throughout my stay. The hotel itself is nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking view of the Arabian Gulf from my room left me in awe. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect haven to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's private beach, which truly exceeded my expectations. The powdery white sand, crystal-clear waters, and a variety of water sports activities made for an unforgettable beach experience. The Beach Club staff were attentive and ensured that I had everything I needed for a enjoyable day by the shore. Dining at Jumeirah Beach Hotel was a culinary delight. The hotel offers an array of restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines, catering to every palate. Whether it was indulging in delicious Middle Eastern cuisine at one of the fine dining establishments or enjoying a casual beachfront meal, the quality of food and the exceptional service impressed me. In terms of facilities, Jumeirah Beach Hotel exceeded all expectations. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa offered a range of luxurious treatments for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's pool area was immaculate, providing a tranquil atmosphere to soak up the sun. Lastly, I must mention the hotel's location. The perfect hotel I ever had stayed in my life. I feel a little bit disappointed water park has a few closed theme, especially I couldn't play Slide. Food was good, condition was great, people are nice and kind, and so clean, and private beach and swimming pool, you can see Burj Al Arab everywhere you go. Thank you! And see you again

Check in was a little slow, however was made up for with the brilliant location. Jumeirah is one if the best beaches in dubai. Rooms are nice and spacious. Amenities more then enough. The buggy service to rest of the jumeirah hotels and souk was very convenient.

I have always come to this hotel since I was a child. It was always my favourite. This time they fell short in terms of service and compensation based on the bad from their end. Disappointed that Jumeirah group seem not to care so much about their loyal customers anymore. Otherwise okay stay. Maybe try Al naseem as my family seem to have a better time there. Management were not too bothered to offer much either. What a shame for such a lonely hotel all these years.
