Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ καλή, μόλις βγείτε από την πίσω πόρτα στην ιδιωτική παραλία του ξενοδοχείου. Η πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ μεγάλη, γιατί δεν υπάρχουν πολλοί επισκέπτες, άρα δεν έχει κόσμο. Υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια στο ξενοδοχείο, πήγαμε σε ένα για δείπνο, ήταν νόστιμο, αλλά η τιμή ήταν πολύ ακριβή. Υπάρχουν δύο σημεία που δεν είμαστε ικανοποιημένοι με αυτό το ξενοδοχείο: η καθαριότητα του δωματίου συχνά δεν ολοκληρώνεται μέχρι τις 17:00, και έχουμε παραπονεθεί δύο φορές. Πολύ ακατανόητο. Υπάρχει επίσης το πρόβλημα του ζεστού νερού. Δεν υπάρχει ζεστό νερό πριν από τις 5 η ώρα. Αυτό είναι το πιο απαράδεκτο πράγμα για εμάς. Ακόμα και ξενοδοχεία 4 αστέρων παρέχουν όλο το ζεστό νερό. Το ξενοδοχείο είπε ότι ήταν δυσλειτουργία, αλλά το κάναμε μην το πιστέψεις. Ακούσαμε το ίδιο πράγμα από άλλους επισκέπτες, οπότε δεν θα μείνουμε ξανά σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο την επόμενη φορά.

Luxury hotel in the Palm.
Rooms very clean, spacious.
Lobby with bar serving also fast food and any kind of drink.
Splendid swimming pool very large.
Sea food restaurant with menu very rich of several varieties of food, wines and spirits.
Barber shop inside which does also nail service.
High level hotel.
Really enjoyable.

This is my 4th time here in the past 6 years. I expected more. A lof of things has been changed for the worse. Smaller or lousier selection for breakfast. The food is though tasty.
We had half board which is a great solution with a kid.
The rooms are slightly worn down.
Gym small considering the amout of guest the hotel can have. It was crowded each time.

Good hotel and lounge. Location in the Palm Jumairah and it it was a little crowded at the time. The reception desk staff, however need a lot of work to expedite their work and not letting hotel guests waiting. Also I see them take long conversations while checking in people and Leave waiting people in Line lessening to their chitchat.
