If you don’t book a room with Jumeirah view you will be happy. Everything was perfect except the view, aim for Sheikh Zayed road view or the museum of the future. The breakfasts are delicious , service is good and the clerks were nice and arranged a room with a better view for us. Trip.com customer service is excellent too. Loved the swimming pool. Will come back.

The experience with trip.com was perfect. This is one of the oldest 5* properties in dubai. Though still in good shape certain things have become dated. The location is excellent. Not too far from anything….
The metro station is about 300 meters , the airport about 10 minutes and wtc about 5 mins

Location is good but the hotel is old and needs to upgrade. Gym is nice and big space but the air conditioning so weak.
Value of money but I not recommended

All was very good. Liked it so much. Especially like the lobby, the Christmas tree and decorations were looking as a magic. Swimming pool was nice with a perfect view to the unique building. Breakfast was awesome, all what your heart wants to eat, you will find there. Room was clean and tidy always. And especially big thanks to all the stuff, they remember each and single guest, so polite, so caring. It was amazing to stay there. Thank you so much for creating those amazing memories during the stay! For sure will be back again. Highly recommend

The location is great which is near the metro station, the Museum of the Future and the World Trade Centre. The room is comfortable but a little dated, the staff members were friendly and considerate.

The room is spacious and the hospitality of the staffs are amazing. The hotel is located between 2 metro stations within a walkable distance and many eateries are near by. Ideal location in downtown Dubai. Highly Recommended.
