Comfortable stay. Slight smell in the bathroom but was taken care of immediately. Clean hotel with a comfy bed. Would recommend. 8/10

The location is perfect. Great breakfast. About 8-9 minutes drive from Burj Khalifa

The hotel room is inviting and the bed is gorgeous. The room is very well lit and lots of the guests are mindful. I got to see a side of Dubai I never had before and in nice polished surrounds so that was the bonus. Super bonus, I met other property investors here and got excellent tips.
Their breakfast is overpriced and their bar attracts all sorts. I suggest only using this hotel if you're a Dubai-an. It's also excellent to tour Diera side, Al Fahidi district, and MBRL which is why I came here, but otherwise is way to far away from SZR.
The room temperature not well managed. They tell me it's part of their energy systems. The staff were not on spec and they don't have a concierge or travel desk.
I jumped in for the brand experience but it didn't live up to the brand. The DoubleTree brand is more carefully watched in Asia. Learning to not just trust brands blindly.
I met some really nice folks, but it's really not my scene compared to Asia's DoubleTree.

I had great stay at this hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and welcoming!
The hotel bed is extremely comfy!
The lady who served tea at the lobby had brightest smile welcoming me everyday.

good choice for me in contrast to most hotels in Dubai cater for Indian guests favourably. Room is wide & fine. Excellent bath & toilet room.」

The hotel is very nice , very clean , nice location , near to airport , near to DWTC and the important places .
Area is very comfortable, no crowds, easy parking , service all around..
It is good hotel.

I am extremely unhappy living here
1. My wife and I specifically booked a room with 1 large bed. At the reception we were told that we would be sleeping on single beds.
- Why?
- Because there are no rooms.
Super, we spent an hour at the desk to sort out, and the interesting thing is that this situation was 5 more exactly my colleagues, which I planned a room. Take into account that no matter what you paid for, they will give you what they have.
2. security - my friend had strangers come in at night, keys to the doors have problems.
3. At my colleagues they couldn't find the booking even though everything was paid for and there was a reservation
In simple words - the hotel has serious problems with organisation
