Check in is horrible. No hospitality at all. The staff made my guests wait more then an hour easily in the lobby.

設施：比較齊全，需要的都有。
衞生：很乾凈整潔。
環境：都挺好，裝修也比較新。
服務：接待人員很kind。
早餐：種類較多，夠吃的。
就是入住比較慢，快一些就好啦。

The worst hotel I have been to in a long time! There is no soundproofing at all, you sleep as if in the street. You can hear your neighbors as if there were no walls between you. The noise makes it impossible to sleep! The hotel is all old. Terrible stink of fried food in the room, stinks of garbage in the hallway!!! There were dirty towels waiting for me in the room. After taking a shower in the bathroom a large layer of water, as the drainage is not thought out at all. Service is just 0! Breakfasts are terrible! You are served tea in bags and there is no milk or muesli. Just disgusting! Never stay here, it is better to sleep outside, there you will be nicer!

Amidst the heavy rain. The team in cour Jardin are very attentive with all their guest they make sure everyone stay safe during this situation. Am very glad ms. Jamel and the team Yasin,afaq, abdelrahman are always there to assist us our request and inquiry specially for booking a transportation. The make things possible even is it's impossible.
