Nice hotel for the price in Dubai. Within walking distance of Etihad coach station if you are headed to Abu Dhabi for the final flight

nice hotel, next to Burj Khalifa, rooms are very clean, breakfast is good, service is excellent. But our reservation was not visible in the system, we had to wait the next day for it to be found

All is good as described and according to the photos. Ordered a room with the Burj Khalifa view and, yes, could see it. Not completely, but like 2/3 of the upper part. I wish the hotel cleaned the windows more often because the window was very dusty and obstructing the view.

The hotel is located near the commercial center and takes about 20 minutes to walk. The cost-effectiveness of the hotel is quite good, and the front desk service is professional. Especially the front desk supervisor named Yin Yin, who is very enthusiastic and polite, always answers questions and likes. There are many types of breakfast,good and recommended.

you can reach the Dubai mall by foot.
it's pretty old, but managed well enough.
you will probably stay there without complaints.

The whole experience with Leva hotel was a good one, very friendly staff and the room has always been kept clean. Did try the restaurant there. Within walking distance to the Dubai mall, both the Dubai mall and business bay Matro station can be reached within 10mins on foot.
