Great hotel and service. Was contemplating to upgrade our room, without further questions, staff brought us to view the room for our consideration. In room dining was great, with every meal you order, the kitchen will call to confirm. Highly recommended!

the location is very good and it’s in the middle of downtown, only point is the security showing the wrong way to the parking as always so waste 45 mins to get the parking

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel.

The hotel service is extremely great. They made me feel like royalty. They always ask how I’m doing. Room service organized all my belongings. They went far and beyond to give me an amazing experience. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Upon alighting the taxi, there was no one to help with luggage, I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front desk and only until I check in, I was assisted with my luggage when I asked.
Check in was done by Nadia who was very accommodating and welcoming. I was surprised that’s she was all yes to my accommodating my requests. She explains the facilities/amenities without having to ask & took the courtesy to offer me beverages while I wait for the room to be ready. A very good first impression was made even before my stay started despite the first issue above.
Room was big and spacious with the interiors being in such good taste. Comes with an ipad to control the room although it is high tech, curtains are not automated which was a miss.
Pool was stunning on level 54, with the views of Burj Khalifa, complimented with an ice cold bottled water.
Location wise is good as it’s connected to dubai metro/dubai mall but would recommend not walking from the hotel to the mall as it is such a long 20 minutes walk.
