The staff at the hotel are just kind, professional, caring and hard working . Mrs. Renuka & Mr. Shehab and Mrs. Shruthi are simply the asset of this hotel and All Accor completely

Booked 2 rooms when arrived to check in around 1.30 another room not ready. Overall very accommodating to modify dates that has been cancelled last min . Thanks

Close to the Dubai airport, just one metro stop away. Around 5 mins walk from the metro station, which is nice. Room is fine and basic, staff are not that great though.

1. Early check-in, we arrived at the hotel around 8 and we were checked in very quickly
2. Cleanliness, high-quality cleaning
3. Very polite staff
4. Good breakfast, I can’t say it’s super varied, but everything is fresh and there is food for every taste.
5. The location is convenient: it was easy to get everywhere by taxi
6. The pool is long enough, in which you can even train if you get up early while there are no people)
7. good fast wi-fi
8. A lobby where you can work comfortably next to a bar with good coffee. We lived in a large room with 2 rooms so that the two of us could be on calls and not disturb each other. With such a lobby this was not necessary and it was possible to live in a smaller room.

For me, Ibis provides affordable and good rooms to rest before your flight. My room was clean and all I need for a day rest was provided. Although a bit of a wait at the check in counter, but its still tolerable as the staff tried his best to help us. Overall, I would love to stay at Ibis again. I had stayed in other countries' Ibis as well. They try to maintain standard. Surely recommend to stay here and location is near the airport. So with taxi its also convenient.

Loved the place .Great price and close to the airport. The breakfast was terrific and very clean. The pool was spacious and super kid friendly. The Grand Mercure next door is part of the group. Your choice which one you prefer. Their summer (June to September)prices are half of normal.

Can hotel change breakfast menu already . It doesn’t favor guest who stay 3days and beyond bcos it is the same . Sadly.

nice hotel but lots to improve service wise. check in wasnt 2pm as stated, was 3pm. 24 hr free airport transfer was not true as well. there are only 4 trips daily. staff attitude was bad - a few of them.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis Styles. Very clean room, great amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Outside was very hot so I used Careem app to get around but prices were great.
