They put me in a smoking room first but I asked to move to a non-smoking and it was like night and day. The renovated non-smoking rooms have amazing furnishings and the loft area is really fun to hang out in. Only downside is I found the bed to be a bit too firm.

The hotel is in a fantastic location—just steps away from the Museum of the Future and very accessible to the metro. It’s only one station from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, making it perfect for sightseeing. The staff and service were excellent, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downside was the shower design, as water tends to flow outside the shower area. Overall, it’s a great choice for tourists looking for convenience and comfort.

Our stay at Address Skyview was the perfect end to our holiday. The location was prime. We particularly appreciated the cross bridge to Dubai mall during the daytime heat and readily accessible taxis for other outings. The rooms were immaculately cleaned daily. Our room offered undisturbed views of the Burj Khalifa which is such a spectacle everytime you look out. We LOVED the infinity pool on the 54th floor - Absolutely breath taking views of the city with a nice chill vibe to relax. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful! Always so friendly and willing to help at every request. Will definitely be back!

Convenience of Check-in: Check-in was very convenient with the hotel booked through Ctrip! Safety: The hotel is located in the city center, so there are no safety concerns! Facilities: The Arabian-style light luxury decor is very classy! Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy; the room is thoroughly cleaned daily! Service: The service was also very good and quite welcoming!

The kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai Downtown for five nights and, as regular guests, it always feels nice to return and be welcomed by familiar faces. We were given Room 2702, which was comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and we really could not find any faults with the hotel in terms of the room or cleanliness. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. A special mention goes to Claire who was incredibly friendly and warm. She always made an effort to have a conversation with us, which added a lovely personal touch to our stay. We would also like to thank Chef Amr from the restaurant, as well as Mustafa and Santosh from the concierge team, for their excellent service. They were all friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Since we are regular guests, it was always nice that many of the staff recognise us and make us feel welcome. This personal touch is one of the reasons we continue to return to Sofitel Dubai Downtown. The friendly service, familiar faces and warm hospitality continue to make Sofitel Dubai Downtown one of our preferred hotels whenever we visit Dubai. One point that can be improved is the valet parking. Service was quite slow but this is understandable as they mentioned that they have limited staffs.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

The hotel's location is great and very convenient, with a direct view of the museum. However, it's quite old, and the facilities are very dated. The decor style is also not contemporary; it has a very old-fashioned charm.

The hotel is conveniently located on Sheikh Zayed Road, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station and one stop away from Dubai Mall. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 20 minutes. Downstairs, there are convenient options for breakfast, and a Geant supermarket is just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, come with a kitchen, and are cleaned daily. All the staff are very friendly; I even borrowed a power adapter from them when I forgot mine during my business trip, which was a lifesaver.

I’m actually impressed with the location. I thought we would have to walk a lot to get to the hotel, but it’s actually very near Emirates Towers Metro Station. The only thing I didn’t like was that the main door near the metro entrance was closed, so we were forced to walk around the side. I understood it when we first checked in, but when checking out, I got a bit frustrated because I had a lot of items to carry to the metro, and having to walk from the back made it difficult. I feel like the main door could be opened, at least during check-out times. Other than that, everything was really good for what I paid. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience.
