After confirming my reservation 2 hrs prior to my arrival with the front desk at Dublin OH Sonesta, I showed up and they informed me at 830 pm and with it being 5 degrees F outside that I did not have a room for the first night. The front desk person told me that they had given the room to a bigger client and that my confirmation email from ******* was between me and *******, not Sonesta. I spent the night in the back of my car at a Kroger parking lot.

The heater in the room barely worked, there was only 1 thin blanket in Winter in Ohio, the staff had no access to additional blankets and were not willing to problem solve to help until she was told that she could go to an empty room to get us another blanket. We will not be coming back to this property.

I had stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years. However, I was very disappointed to see that they eliminated the breakfast. Also, the general vibe was not very inviting

I liked that is was like a mini apar**ent units. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the couch in our room was clearly broken and stained.

The front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated that. When we got to our room, there was an immediate and strong smell of smoke. My eyes and nose immediately began to burn, and my throat was on fire. The room was clean though. I asked to be moved to a different room and while it smelled better, the room was not in better shape. The place needs some TLC. The pillows didn't have pillowcases on them and were just thrown at the foot of the bed, the walls were dirty, and the paint was chipping. The couch was heavily soiled. The pillows need to be replaced and thrown out, they were yellow and had no cushion. I ended up having to trade the pillows from the previous room before I traded keys with the front desk. The refrigerator was on but wasn't cold. The sofa just needs to be replaced if they aren't going to clean it. The carpet isn't so great either, you definitely do not want to walk around with no shoes on. The bed was comfortable though and the water was hot! We stayed one night so it served its purpose.

We were quite happy with the value of our rooms. They were spacious, nicely decorated and came with a kitchenette. Only down side was wall in bathroom needed remediation and the sofa had holes.

I paid for a room with a fireplace only to arrive and find out that those rooms aren’t available because they all have issues with the tub. The woman offered a single room and when I asked her if I’d get a refund for the difference, she said “well it’s only going to be about $10 or so” then told me I had to contact ******* to have them reach out to her to get a refund. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was non smoking. The sofa had holes all through the slipcovers. The bathroom was disgusting. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.

Loved the apar**ent feel. Had all the amenities and then some. Very spacious. And clean. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great. However, the floors are very dirty. When I went to check in no one was at the front desk and had to wait and call to get service. The room given to me was not what I booked (I booked a king, got two queens in two different rooms). Light bulbs were missing, the batteries in TV remotes were missing, and the dishes were limited (no forks, etc).
