The air cond is not cold, very stuffy and cannot be adjusted.
The hotel should not put the giant panda toy on the bed if it is for sale at ¥ 48. The big mineral water which costs ¥ 12 each should not be on sale inside the room. Not all guests are aware they are for sale. These items should be put in the lobby if they are for sale.
The afternoon tea, 12.00 pm - 6.00 pm is a farce. The items on the list are mostly junk food. I suggest that it is better that the hotel provides afternoon tea with snacks, coffee and light food in the lobby or coffee house.
Overall, I am not satisfied with the service and amenities provided by the hotel.

I stayed here for 2024 Panda Marathon. I have stayed here before and it’s my favourite hotel in Dujiangyan. The room is very nice with a nice view of the mountains. Staff are very friendly and the location is excellent, very close to many nice restaurants and just right to the Balan Mall!!!

Excellent and top hotel. The front desk was so helpful for everything. Especially, help me to bough the device online to test blood pressure when I asked how to get one from a store nearby for my urgent need. Will definitely back for this hotel again

Very good experience. Room was very big and spacious. I especially liked the bathroom size, shower and tub. Got hot milk in the night before sleep.

此次入住百倫酒店十分滿意。
酒店臨近柏條河邊，環境很舒適，酒店大廳也是特別高端大氣。一進大廳就能感受到前台小姐姐的微笑服務，熱情的接待，幫我們安排了靠河的房間，能看到對面的高山和旁邊的流水，勝似愜意。房間乾淨衞生整潔，床品舒適。點了外賣前台工作人員用機器人送上來，酒店住起來也很安心。酒店服務很周到，入住時贈送暢享迷你吧，品種很多，任意選擇。酒店的早餐菜品多樣，味道也很好，特別是小童早餐區，小孩子很是喜歡！推薦給大家，值得入住哦~。。。。。。。

酒店位置很好，距離都江堰，南橋，灌縣古城1公里多，我們都是走路去的，非常方便，酒店周圍有兩個大商場，吃的喝的用的非常方便。酒店衞生很好，裝修風格是傳統的，房間設施沒有智能的，我覺得很好，完全不影響住。
暢享迷你吧:帶小孩兒出門，酒店提供的小食，孩子還是感興趣的。
貼心管家服務:有任何問題隨叫隨到，及時幫助。
晚安飲品:貼心，大眾，養生。

非常滿意的選擇，一定會二刷。
酒店後門是岷江支流，真的好喜歡，安排的房間可以聽到江流聲，可以看到對面的山，晚上特意開窗伴着水聲入睡非常天然。
前台幫忙推薦了當地的家常菜，就在酒店隔壁，非常好吃！去都江堰，去古鎮，都非常便利。雖然酒店沒有新開酒店那些智能設施，但是很舒服。早餐環境也很好，個人覺得餐凳這樣的細節都比較有品味。
