The sofa bed wasn’t made so we had to make the bed ourselves. After paying over $600 a night I was disappointed. Also the hotel at first claimed I made a purchase that was charged to our room which was not true. We paid cash for it. In addition it refused to issue a final receipt showing that we had no outstanding balance because we booked the rooms through *******. The staff members are nice but the service is slow at the restaurant. Will not stay there again.

Valentines Resort is the perfect getaway! The staff are beyond friendly, the resort is well maintained with a great location. This was our third visit this year. We just love it and can't wait to return soon!

Property was ok, staff were professional and courteous.
Food is too expensive, breakfast for 2 was 65 dollars for 2 omelets.
I rented 2 rooms at 488 dollars Per Night and did Not get Not even a Water in the rooms.

room was nice but furniture (coach) had wear and tear in it. The a/c unit is set at 72F and you can not adjust even when the temperature outside is close 100 F. Shortage of beach towels. Also had rodents around the property.

The rooms were unsatisfactory. Insects. Broken items. Poor lighting. Old towels. Not cool enough. Not what you would expect for the price.

Our room had a lot of flys. The staff when they came to clean left the flys on the floor
