The staff was very professional. The young man that checked us in was awesome! The heater in my room didn’t work. The refrigerator was not working; it was not cold. The plastic piece on the bathroom door was coming off.

Hotel was clean & comfortable. I have stayed at this property before & my 1st visit was better. Definitely will stay again close to shopping & dining.

views werent good of the city unless you were on the rooftop bar area. and the room was very small. bathroom was very unprivate and the sink was in the kitchette for the bathroom which was odd.

First, I'd like to say that the hotel and staff were phenomenal. I think the guy who checked me in was named "Terry" and he was very polite and professional. The hotel is clean and very modern. We went to the rooftop bar but it was closed for a private party, but from what we saw, it is very nice. We ended up dining downstairs at the other bar in the lobby. Great staff and the food was pretty good.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Perimeter Mall, Target, Ross, and LOTS of great restaurants.
My issue was the noise level from other guests in the hotel. Around 5 p.m. there was a group of guests in the hallway screaming, yelling, using profanity, etc. This went on for over 5 minutes. I called the front desk and was told it would be taken care of and it was...almost immediately.
At midnight, there was more yelling and screaming in the parking lot, and apparently, these same guests were on my floor because shortly after, they could be heard carrying on in the hall.
In all honesty, I was unable to get any rest which was the point of my hotel stay. I actually live in ATL and sometimes check into local hotels to decompress.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I would have hoped....it was firm and felt cheap.

Our stay at the AC was nothing short of perfect. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved that it’s conveniently located near just about everything; mall, restaurants , gas stations. We will definitely lodge at the AC again!
