Great central location and very secure place - complete with a parking garage under the hotel - with passkey triggered garage doors. The staff were wonderful & welcoming.
The two things I didn't care for were the breakfast - it looked like indigestion waiting to happen; and the pillows were not very comfortable.
If I stay again, I'll bring my own pillow - and my workout & swim suit. The indoor pool and fitness room looked out over the river - very cool setting for this hotel!

Great place to stay in Durango. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Downtown and along the river. Beautiful. Clean, spacious and updated rooms. Great breakfast service. The enclosed basement garage is great on those cold Colorado mornings. Already planning to go back!

The only negative thing we encountered was the molded bagel. Other than that, our stay was great!

Great location, great outdoor & indoor space for working. Small windows, unfortunate because the river view is spectacular. Bad pedestrian infrastructure makes crossing the street dangerous at worst, difficult at least.
Breakfast spread is impressive but food and coffee are not good.

Your website switched dates on me when I clicked the site. I didn’t know until I received the email. It was for that night and some how you bumped it weeks out. When I asked for a refund because of your error you said no. I willNEVER use you guys again

So our room faced the beautiful Animas River next to a park and was within walking distance of downtown Durango. The hotel was amazingly clean, parking was safe and convenient, and the price was great. We couldn't ask for more.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Easy walk to downtown with beautiful view of the Animas from the hotel balcony. Great walking path behind the hotel. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast. Two thumbs up!

It was not worth the cost the room was average at best the hotel is very loud at night with lot of banging that you can hear.
I have stayed in hotels that are more economical that were nicer.
I asked for a room that was close to the elevator and I got a room that was at the far end of the hall nowhere near the elevator.
