Hôtel utilisé en étape d’une seule soirée, pas d’eau chaude le matin… - petit déjeuner correct mais pas entièrement fonctionnel, pas de personnel dédié disponible

Really nice stay. Best for the price! Over the top breakfast, hot food items, fancy coffees, more than a lot of similarly priced hotels. So clean, friendly and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Great for families. Staff was so helpful. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, the hotel was very nice and clean. I may have given a 4-star rating if someone had told us at check-in that ANY type of housekeeping service was by request! That included emptying the trash...which seems ridiculous to me. Trash should be emptied daily without a request. I know towel service may not be daily but trash should be removed without having to call. One particularly nice service, however, was the shuttle service to the airport... Very convenient as we found that getting an Uber proved to be somewhat difficult. Also, the fitness center was clean and adequate...would have liked to have towels available though. Overall, I would stay there again.

Was very easy access to i70, large room with seperate bedroom and kitchenette. Only problem was hot tub wasnt hot when we tried to use it

Nice clean rooms, quiet, and and easy nice continental breakfast. Quite easy to get to from the highway, and lots of walkable restaurants nearby.

Staff was rude and confrontational. Had the front desk guy tell me to go make my own coffee in my room. He was to busy watching inappropriate videos on his phone. I’ve stayed at this Best Western off and on for over 20 years. I will never return. Whom ever is hiring should put forth a little more effort.

There wasn't a clerk at the front desk when I arrived and didn't show up for at least 10, maybe 15 minutes. I asked if anyone was there, and peeked into the office and no one was there. I was dialing the hotel when he came out and greeted me.
Second, there wasn't any hot water in my room. I was told this when I checked in. When I wanted to take a shower the clerk gave me keys to another room so that I could shower.
