Horrible experience! Don't go there! All staff we met were unhelpful. Asked for a high chair for our room at check in (3pm) and it arrived at 7.30pm despite us repeatedly asking front desk for it. No one from housekeeping came to clean the room dirty towels were pilled up at the swimming pool area. They were clearly understaffed. We chose not to stay the second night as it was so horrible!

Das Fraser Suits liegt circa 1km vom richtigen Stadtzentrum entfernt, allerdings fährt der kostenlose Bus direkt vor der Tür in die Stadt.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine gute Auswahl, leider eine nicht so gute Auswahl an veganen Alternativen. Aber Avocado wurde uns frisch aufgeschnitten und es gab veganes Brot und einen super Chia-Kokosnuss Joghurt.
Zimmer wurden nur nach Wunsch gereinigt, was uns aber niemand gesagt hat.

세탁기랑 쓸일이 좀생겨서 추가금을 내고 프리미어 스위트로 방을 옮겻습니다. 리셉션에서 처리해줬습니다.
프리미어 스위트는 모든 조리기구가 잇어 호주마트에서 장을봐서 요리해서 저녁 식사하기 좋았습니다.
세탁기 + 식기세척기도 있어 편한 여행이 되었습니다.
