Wonderful stay! Courteous, friendly staff at this beautiful and very clean hotel. My daughter and I stayed in a one bedroom suite, plenty of space, kitchen with large refrigerator and comfortable seating in the living room area. Bed was very comfortable. We recommend this hotel and will be back next time we are in town!

We went to Eau Claire, WI for a short girl's trip. The hotel location was good, several places to eat, shop, movies, walking trails, etc.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast had enough choices for all of us. We did not use the hot tub or pool this time, but I have during other stays. That area is small, but works.
Had a room with 2 bedrooms plus used the pull out couch. Beds were good, room clean. Not many utensils, but enough for us 3 gals. Priced well, enjoyed our stay.

The room was fine, but the noise (stomping) from the guests, or whoever, upstairs was very loud and consequently I did not sleep well at all.
The breakfast was sub par. The "omelettes" were rubbery andvthete wete only 3. Very little food. Disappointing aftet being up most of the night.

Convenient location. Small parking lot, but no trouble parking. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty and entire hotel was really well kept and clean.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is nicely located around lots of shopping and dining options. Some stuff could be updated but overall nice hotel and clean. Hot tub was very hot. Pool warm but small. Kids enjoyed it though

So the bathroom wasn't clean the back of the door was horrible there was no toilet paper soap or towels remotes don't work , heat was in and off charged me way more than the online price

We had a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. However, the building could use some updating and deep cleaning (the air vents were caked in dust as one example). I was appalled by the number of young children in bare feet serving themselves breakfast (including running the waffle iron). It seemed unsafe and unhygienic. Signage in the breakfast area requiring shirts and shoes as well as children under ten needing adult supervision need to be posted.

The room was very nice and roomy convenient close to restraurants and shopping. The parking lot was tight.
