Premier Inn Ebbw Vale

Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff not lots to do in the area but some beautiful views! And very close to the train station which was brilliant for our trip

we needed a place to stay just for an overnight stay. was greeted with a warm welcome. room was very clean. as ever the beds are so comfortable. and great value for money

I chose this hotel because it was close to my home town which I was visiting for the first time in years. The location was practical, easily accessible and in a reasonably quiet location. Have used Premier Inn many times and wasn't disappointed. Small issue with room on arrival, was given another room immediately. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Brewers Fayre next door if we wanted to eat and our evening meal that we had was superb. Good tasty food at a good price. Loved my stay and would definitely return.

We chose to stay here to go to see rugby in Cardiff. Easy walking distance to the station, only an hour into Cardiff. Quiet location and reasonably priced compared to other locations. Great hotel, lovely staff, great all you can eat breakfast too!

I found the hotel very relaxing, room comfortable and spacious, the staff were very nice and friendly, easy access to car park, it was in a great location for me visit south wales, also food service was a very good standard, overall a great experience.

Amazing night great friendly staff warm and welcoming would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be happy to return great weekend had by all the food was amazing and the hotel booked for us to take the stress out of it.

Lovely hotel. Only downfall being an exposed, rusty, sharp screw which had been incorrectly screwed into the desk, which my 1 year old nearly got to. Luckily we got there before him! Apart from that, the staff were all extremely friendly, the room was tidy. Parking right outside the hotel is ideal. A Trainline right next door which can’t be heard from the hotel. Will definitely be returning!

Staff all really friendly and helpful however the hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC. The flush on the toilet in our room was damaged and the bathroom flooring had gone a bit bumpy. Overall it was a lovely stay but I think this particular premier inn needs a bit of money spending on it

Staff were very friendly, they were very helpful and the check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean, it was well equipped. The car park had plenty of spaces and it was easy to park. We had a lovely time and will definitely return.
