The experience was excellent from checking in, the room was clean, the people at the front desk very friendly the lady that helped me with breakfast was very sweet and helpful. What a great experience. Thank you all for making my stay an excellent experience

Pros: Full size refrigerator with freezer, full size microwave,
Kitchen sink and counter. Comfortable bed. Staff very friendly.
Cons: housekeeping only twice per week. You have to let hot water run for 3 to 5 minutes before it starts to get warm plus water pressure is very low. If you want a hot breakfast go somewhere else, only thing hot are the waffles and oa**eal everything else is cold.

Horrible service from check in to check out. Most unfriendly staff ever . When we checked out , told the gentleman that we are checking out , all he did was point to box so I can drop off the keys . No have a good day , no thank you . Last time booking any Hilton for me .

Absolutely what it says it is. Kitchen has only a microwave for cooking, but is functional and and nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Zero concerns about cleanliness.
Breakfast had fresh waffles, a variety of sandwiches, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, etc

Loved this hotel. We had a large beautiful suite. Quite impressed on the cleanliness and ease of the facility. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I’ll definitely book again.

The pool was dirty and never had towels stocked. The breakfast is below average. Options were very limited. When we requested housekeeping, we had to call 3 times to get the room cleaned and they still came the day after it was requested.

The building was very clean and smelled nice. Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the fact that the room was ready for 6 guests based on my reservation. Most hotels only provide for four people and we usually need to request extra stuff so that was nice. The hotel was also within reasonable distance from the places we intended to visit and other shopping places

My room that i booked for my family of 5, i cluding 3 small children, was given away. The hotel double booked and gave my room away at 9:45pm. ********** could not find a replacement room for me and simply began the refund process. I do not feel that was enough for the HUGE inconvenience.
