Impressive Premium Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Impressive Premium offered an excellent vacation. The resort itself was beautiful and very well maintained. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The beach was beautiful, and we never had any issues with getting chairs close to the front or with some shade. Johnny from the excursion team was friendly and funny but never pushy. Wanda at the premium pool bar was fantastic and always kept us with something to drink. The food was good, always something to choose from at the buffet with lots of variety. The a la carte restaurants were good, the favorite being the Japanese, a great interactive experience. The premium is premium, not adults only so there are children. We did find the premium side was a bit quieter than the non-premium side. Overall, a great relaxing vacation and we would return to this resort without hesitation.

Everything was perfect, just wi-fi should be better. In the resort there are 6 a la carte restaurants + one main restaurant, many bars, 4 pools, spa, well equiped gym. Beach was cleaned every day from sea****. It was useful to have a "premium" with a better room, extra pool, beach and bars with a premium alcohol.

We are a group of 10. I have been to many resorts in the DR. Pros: 1. the staff are amazing. they are friendly and accomodating. They really care that you are having a good time. 2. The pools are fun and entertaining. 3. The rooms were perfect. I loved that they had a sofa and table with two chairs. Not all resorts include both. The bed so comfortable and the shower was the best shower of any resort I've been to. 4. The activities. they had a fair amount of activities...maybe too many arobic related but still fun. Silent Disco was a blast 5. Restaurant dinners were very good. 6. Swim up bars were awesome Cons: 1. We paid for the Premium level which i alwasy do but this is the first place that i would say was NOT worth it. You get access to the premium buffet but the smell is nauseating and food not good. So, i would not spend the extra money for premium 2. the Premium check is was a disaster. If you based you stay at this resort on the check in, you would give it a zero. It took our group 4 hours to check in. some of us had to change rooms up to three times. It was BAD, BAD BAD!! They messed up so often with our check in. It's very small check while the non premium is large and probably much easier. 3. The entertainment was not great with the exception of Michael Jackso 4. The change or cancelation of activities. One of our members love Karaoke and almost choses a resort based on this. we trippled checked this activity before and during our stay and was promised this activity. Well, the night of the event, they canceled it. 5. The main Buffett - horrilble. this was the worse buffett i have been to. Im not a desert person but they had very little. Salad options bad, Meat selection ..hardly any. Just bad!! 6. after the nightly shows, you have an option of the Disco or sit in the main lobby. We did both but it would be nice if they had a little more entertainment around the lobby where we enjoyed drinks. MIDDLE OF THE ROAD: 1. Beach was average 2. Buttler was average - not good or bad RECOMMENDATIONS: 1. As soon as you arrive, make your dinner reservations so you get into the main restaurants. 2. Get down early to put you towels on the chairs whether beach or pool 3. Get involed in the activities....the foam party was epic as was the silent disco IN SUMMARY: This is not a 4 or 5 star....it's a 3.5 star. You WILL have a good time if you get involved in the activities.

We had a great week. The resort is extremely clean and well organized. The food throughout was excellent! We loved it all. Our room was comfortable and conveniently located but it was not a premium room. There were some inconsistencies with the towels left by the maid... sometimes we got facecloths (we asked for them), sometimes we gor none or only one. No big deal but a little annoying. The fridge was stocked daily with water but clean water is also available at all the bars and restaurants. We loved the beach and the premium pool. There is a great variety of activities throughout the day. There are plenty of lounge chairs at the beach and numerous pools. One complaint: our butler was a dud. We had to find him (on our 3rd day we learned that he should have been in contact with us) and initiate contact. We wanted help scheduling breakfast and lunch at the Italian restaurant. It's the only thing we asked for and he said he could do that then proceded to do nothing. We didn't hear from him again. We kept being told to book through the app but it was never an option for us. We learned by talking to other guests that it was because our room was not a premium room!! This is unacceptable! We ended up going to breakfast with another couple who had the same problem but their butler set up their reservation for them. We were looking forward to this perk but were left disappointed by Erntzo.

A huge thank you to the entire Impressive Premium Resort staff for making our stay a memorable one. My husband and I chose this resort to celebrate our honeymoon and we were certainly glad we did, as it was a perfect trip all around! Exceptional service given right from the very beginning with our check in, meeting up with our butler to enjoying the pool/beach service, many different a la carte choices to try, most importantly is the staff the customer service given is why we are spreading the great news this is the resort to check out and we will certainly be coming back. The staff makes you feel like you are family, the food/drinks and the entertainment is out of this world, enjoyed every moment. A shout out to David he works in the Open Sea International Buffet he is absolutely amazing making special drinks, so attentive made every visit a lasting one. Juan bartender working the pool bar, you can tell he truly loves his job, you feel like family when he is making your drink something you never forget.. Maria works at the Olive Tree as well as the buffet, she made our day just her smile and personality made you feel like part of her family. The rooms were clean, stocked and if there is something that needs to be addressed the maintenance staff were on it, example our fan was making a constant noise we called front desk to let them know and they had someone at our door in less than 10 mins to check it out. When we came back to our room there was a brand new fan installed...now that is exceptional service We highly recommend this special resort, it has something great for everyone to enjoy.

We spent the week of May 15 to May 22 at Impressive Resorts in Punta Cana and throughout the entire duration of our stay, we were treated with so much love from all the staff members, stemming from the entertainment workers, the servers, the bartenders, the maids etc. Three workers that we really got to know on a deeper level were Cappuccino, Raiza and Gasolina. All three of these people I can easily say I consider them family. They really made us feel welcomed and wanted us to get involved in everything the resort has to offer! I can easily say I recommend Impressive Resort to anyone considering going away to Punta Cana. You will not regret it Pasamos la semana del 15 al 22 de mayo en Impresionantes Resorts en Punta Cana y durante toda nuestra estadía, fuimos tratados con mucho amor por parte de todo el personal, desde los trabajadores de entretenimiento, los camareros, los bartenders, las empleadas domésticas, etc. Tres trabajadores que realmente conocimos a un nivel más profundo fueron Cappuccino, Raiza y Gasolina. A estas tres personas puedo decir fácilmente que las considero familia. ¡Realmente nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos y querían que nos involucráramos en todo lo que el resort tiene para ofrecer! Puedo decir fácilmente que recomiendo Impression Resort a cualquiera que esté pensando en irse a Punta Cana. No te arrepentirás

The best experience, hotel neat and clean. Special shows, good food, drinks. We found a girl called with entertainment Gasolina, her service, kindness, always there to help. Her joyness is very contagious, she is gonna make you dance no matter what.

This was one of our best holidays. The hotel is beautiful. We had a beach villa which was perfect. The gardens and the beach are immaculate and so pretty. The staff from the people attending the gardens to the maitre’d are so well dressed super smart polite and helpful. Our butler julibelle was so helpful and gave us the perfect level of service for us. Julibelle gets top butler prize from us. There is an app to book your restaurant choices, or your butler can do this for you. The six restaurants are top notch. Great service, great food. Our favourite was the olive tree! Tuna grilled we can highly recommend. I had two deep tissue massages during the three week stay. Martha was amazing at massage and can recommend her. The beach is stunning white sand blue seas and do well maintained as well as a beautiful pier. If you are thinking of trips outside resort brace yourselves for long coach journeys in old vehicles with very little or no air conditioning. Catalina island is not as nice as the hotel beach so I wouldn’t bother with that one. I will be doing a separate review on ‘top travel tours’ didn’t want to end this review on a bad note. I would and have recommended this hotel to friends and family as it was amazing. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday. We were on impressive premium side and not impressive. Premium gives you more access to restaurants beaches pools bars etc
