Отель не плохой. Видно что ухаживают. Красивая территория, приятный персонал. Не плохая еда, стараться разнообразить. Большой плюс вайфай по всей территории 👍
Но очень много всяких правил и запретов, туда не иди, то не делай, или делай как скажут. Кран в номере плохо подавал воду и кондиционер не достаточно мощный. Но в целом твердая четверка.

Staff was very rude, couldn’t book any reservations at inclusive restaurants entire time there because they save reservations for premium members. Golf carts constantly running around almost running people over. Got harassed every time left room either by people trying to sell membership or by vendors non stop. Very loud every night music goes on til 2-3am nonstop. Beach is very small and over crowded and they treat guests differently depending if your a member there will not go back!!

While we did enjoy our trip there were a lot of negatives about the property. When we arrived we were told to book our reservations for the restaurants on the app. There were NO reservations available for breakfast, lunch, or dinner even though we paid extra to stay on the premium side of the resort. We ended up eating at the buffet for every meal and the food was just ok. It was very crowded in the resort and there were long lines for every bar.

In general it was a good experience. Unfortunately we had some issues with a.c.in the room, and we had to move, Restaurants offer very limited time and hard to make reservations. Hydration room not working properly. No ac in game room and gym. Good entertainment, good food, beautiful facilities.

AC system kept failing despite 3 technical visits. Had to sleep 2 nights outside by the pool as room far too hot. The upgrade at checkin was definitely a mistake.

The property was beautifully kept and the rooms were fine. My only complaints are the front desk tries to update you to premium at a ridiculously high rate, more than I paid for my original room, making the word upgrade pretty much irrelevant. Second complaint was no beer whatsoever in the room, I don’t expect champagne or bottles of liquor, although some resorts at the same price offer but a few cold beer when i get to my room would have been nice. All that aside there was plenty to do, the hotel was well maintained and the staff was always pleasant.

I had such a wonderful experience at impressive hotel. Me my mom and my sister stayed for 7 nights and we really enjoyed it! Best part was Bombom!!!! Dario, gasolina and entertainment crew was amazing! I danced non stop, really fun! Clean rooms, extremely friendly staff, really good food and drinks! Highly recommended, it’s fun for families, couples , girls trip!
