The staff is very helpful. The beach is beautiful and accès is convenient (observe the tides). Not the hotel’s fault but my flip flop was stolen on the beach - be careful. The room and the toilet are very old and need renovation. Air conditioning is powerful . Menu needs variety. The dining view is gorgeous

It’s a beautiful hotel with amazing views and close to the Center of Cuco beach, what I didn’t like is the some of the employees are rude and the check in is very unprofessional is done in the kitchen, some areas of the hotel needs maintenance. When I got to the hotel they just open, nothing like welcome to the hotel Miraflores and when I went to do the check in employees were on there phone and instead they ask me I ask them with who I do the check in because they ignore me, don’t take me wrong I spoke to the lady cooking in the kitchen and she was very nice but the rest of the employees needs customers service experience to feel welcome to the hotel.

Hospitality=excellent!
Place is beautiful
Facilities need maintenance ( leaking shower valve, pool tiles, etc..)
Would come here again and recommend!

The staff at this location is great! Very friendly and attentive. The food is good and you feel like you have a private chef at all times! Rooms are no frills but plenty enough to feel comfortable with great A/C!

The tables were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The staff was inattentive and we had to walk down to the kitchen to ask about ordering supper because it took so long for them to come . They then mentioned that we could order via WhatsApp. The food was not good enough to recommend to anyone. The tortillas tasted like dish soap.
When the employees did interact, they were respectful.
