I like this hotel. The staff are friendly. Location is great, walking distance to the airport plus they also provide free shuttle if you need. The facility is quite new. El Paso is not a busy airport so except that it’s quite as well:)

We arrived at the hotel we had booked at around 16:00. Here we were greeted rudely and generously with the words, "wait, a military group is checking in". When I asked how long I would have to wait, the answer was "about 10 minutes". There were about 12 papers with room cards laid out at the counter. From time to time people came by and signed the papers. After a wait of about 40 minutes, it turned out that the printer paper for processing the military group was missing. After the printer paper arrived, the process for the military group was finished and the in-processing for the waiting guests and for us was started.

Always stay here when traveling and have never had bad experience. Very convenient and very clean.

These rooms are SMALL, but they are clean and updated. You have everything you would need in them. Great location. A quick walk to the airport.
The downside was the noise. It was so loud. You could hear every car pass by. Issue isn't even the planes, as its beside the airport, but the cars/trucks passing. Little to no sleep before our 5am flight. We won't stay here again.

Friendly desk clerk and cleaning lady did a good job with my room. Also liked that it is a short walk to the airport check-in entrance.

Nice rooms, clean, and a very convenient location. Just a short walk out the airport doors. Breakfast was good, fountain soda in the lobby. The room was pretty small compared to average but nothing to complain about.

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good and the Coke machine in the lobby is my favorite. The rooms are always clean.

I asked for a quiet room but was placed on the side near traffic which was noisy. So glad I brought earplugs which helped.

Green chile with breakfast eggs, great food selection for a place this size. Parking availability during trip a plus. Loved that there was a cat on the property! Staff all very helpful. Wished middle of the room had better lighting.
