When we got there we were given a room that had not been cleaned up!! The second time the key wasn’t working so went to go get another key when attempted to use the key it didn’t work when I tried to open the door a gentleman opened the door and we apologized and went back to the front desk and told her their was someone in there!!! She finally gave us a key to a room on the second floor!!

Hotel is 5mins drive from El Paso airport. No shuttle provided so uber there. Clean big room equipped with small kitchen, writing table and a single seat sofa. Lots of eateries nearby. Perfect👍

It’s my first time staying at this location. Staff is polite & nice. Location is great away from traffic.
I was in Room 137 which the door has gaps (you can see the light from outside) & sign of previous break in. Room does NOT have:
1). coffee making machine nor tea or coffee. Just 2 plastic cups.
2). Hair dryer. To borrow from hotel office, you need to surrender your id. This despite the hotel already has your credit card on file.
Lastly, although it listed complimentary breakfast, there is no place to sit down & eat. There is a cabinet with 1 pot of coffee & another pot of hot water, energy bars, muffins & cereal in a cup. No fruits. The hotel should have indicated it’s “to go” breakfast.

Overnight stay to head to airport early.
The toilet dud not flush, had to get a plunger from the front desk and use it everytime we went to the bathroom. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.
The carpet had gum stains. The smoke detector had plastic bags over it.
The breakfast was not set up at 6 am.

Very disappointed…. Three day stay. Please don’t trust the marketing photos. We had to move to a different room because of the old pot smell. We had to go get your limited kitchen supplies and it doesn’t come with drinking glasses, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, salt and pepper. Only hair dryer was at the office which had to return daily after you use it. No coffee maker in the room and breakfast was a package of oatmeal. Not consistent hot water in the shower.
The staff was friendly but useless. They think this is normal. We turned in several work orders, tub had a steady leak, TV was dark, one out of the two burners didn’t work. Door key card quit working daily.
There’s better places for your money… never again

The hotel is clean it is close to the airport. Staff was courteous, but what I did not understand is why is it necessary to have my credit card on file? If I’m only staying for one night. I am not a 21 year old staying with six other people

The check in was good person front was attentive and friendly. I did get a smoke free room once I entered the room it was fine. We left for the evening event we had once we got back to the room to sleep the room smelled horrible of smoke. I do not smoke that smell was horrible to try and sleep in I turned on the air help a little.
