Premier Inn Bristol East (Emersons Green)

We requested an accessible room with a shower and were allocated one with all those features and with plenty of space. The only hiccup was when we requested housekeeping on our last day, it failed to materialise, but it didn't spoil our stay.

I bought this overnight stay for my friend and her family as she had lost both her parents the previous Christmas. She lives in London and we live in Bitton so it was a great place which was close to us, lots of parking, easy to get to and very comfortable. It was lovely to have her closer to us, and they absolutely loved the room and the big breakfast the next day. Thank you for giving us all this special time together.

This is a more difficult Premier Inn review to write than usual because if I were to concentrate on the success of my stay, together with with my wife and a daughter, I would readily award five stars. The same goes for the service received in both the hotel and adjacent Beefeater restaurant. However, the room occupied by my wife and me (no. 34) smelt uncharacteristically musty on first entering it, although this wasn't a problem once a minute or so had been spent in the accommodation. Otherwise, the room was clean and up to standard, although we did experience one other small issue, namely, the room's heater didn't respond to changes made to the temperature settings on the heater control unit. Not a major problem, and our daughter didn't complain of any issues. The hotel is very conveniently situated for the M4 motorway and general access to Bristol centre, and the car park is free and had adequate space during our stay. Our visit was to see family in Bristol, and the hotel's location proved most convenient for this, so despite the above issues, we'll probably use it for our next visit.

Nice comfy bed and very clean, staff very friendly and someone on desk all the time easy carparking , very secure handy for the motorway and not far from the town centre or supermarkets , rooms are very nice and it's very quiet at night plus very well lit.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this premier inn, the staff are some of the friendliest I have met. Thank you to Adele for a very warm welcome! The room was very clean and warm on arrival. Convenient location with a good sized car park, although it did get full quickly.

Went to Bristol for a business trip, lovely staff and room in great condition. High hygiene rate and good customer service, good food at the Beefeater too. First time in Bristol so asked for a few recommendations, staff member Franccesca was very attentive and gave me a few suggestions of places to visit.. lovely girl!
