酒店很乾淨，酒店前台很熱情。服務周到，酒店內設有餐廳，到晚上很晚，還有送餐到酒店房間服務，自助早餐大概10英鎊一位，比較實惠

The room was comfortable and a decent size. Not much noise heard either. I didn’t mind either the parking fee as it’s all gated and safe. Breakfast and the chef Maria was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Freshly cooked food and Maria was friendly and helpful. A good relaxing stay.

Bibi is a 5 star host..made our stay feel very welcomed. Settled in nicely to our perfect room...thank you so much Bibi.. Breakfast well stocked and replenished by a super efficient set of staff..five star all round.. Will be returning Best wishes Paul and Linda

Food experience was the best. People in hospitality are really nice. They are happy people who greet you with warm and welcoming smile. They are nice and help you with anything you require. They help to improve your day just in general. People at reception are really good. The person who makes food , she has a really kind and happy personality.

Very kind and helpful staff, receptionist was welcoming and Sonila helped me get a great deal on dining with the meal deal during my stay. Had room 209 which was lovely and clean, safe parking and easy access by car, great location for my work trip

Great room, plenty of space. Bed and pillows very comfortable and room very clean. Great staff, friendly and helpful, especially Sonila and Masha. Lovely food in the restaurant, tasty and reasonably priced and great customer service from the ladies. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Cozy hotel with friendly personnel. Good quality breakfast. Nice beds. Quiet location. Well-equipped rooms. No refrigerator in the room.

Brilliant staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Clean rooms, just a shame about road noise but it can’t be helped in London. Stayed at the hotel before and the staff were very good. Special thanks to Masha and Alex for brilliant customer service and speedy delivery for the food in the restaurant.
