Excellent is the word. I am staying here for last 8 years since I started by Lord Ayyappan's darshan at Sabarimala. Staying every year speaks volumes of PGS Vedanta. A home away from home. Aswathi, was superb at front desk. Extremely helpful. And icing on my stay was peacock on the roof outside my room window. Blissful. ll Swamiye Saranam Ayyappan ll

Close to metro and eranakullam town north station. Staff are very friendly and reasonably fast service

Good place for solo traveller, but add some veg items in food menu, one staff is good who is from uttarakhand because he knows hindi, bcoz i m come from delhi, all staff is cooperative

I have been a satisfied customer of pugs cochin, consistently impressed with their services, food, and beverages. After the pandemic, i found pugs cochin to be a wonderful place to stay, both for official and personal reasons, and i have enjoyed staying there for the past five years. However, my recent bookings in july and august were disappointing, with a noticeable decline in the quality of services. Pugs cochin is an excellent property with a strong reputation, so i kindly urge you to maintain that standard. I value our relationship and will continue to book my future trips with pgs.

We stayed for one night at this hotel looking at the reviews on multiple websites. And glad we stayed here. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep. But most important is the staff. Truly customer service displayed by the staff at reception miss Aswathi and her colleagues. They really went out of their way to solve any small issues that were there. Even the room service people were quick to response to anything that we asked for. The food at the restaurant ws also very nice and the breakfast spead ws tasty and sufficient. The smiley faces of the entire staff made our stay a very pleasant one. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Kochi.

Excellent choice to spent with family. Very good ambience and staff behaviour was excellent. Cleanliness of rooms and bathroom and all over the property is really great. Also they have their in house bar. So that families can chill peacefully.

Pugs vedanta is a home away from home. Feel pampered here. Excellent staff, food and get good attention. Aswathi, at the front office was extremely helpful. I have been staying here for last 12 years in month of jun e 2nd week, enroute sabarimala. This time, found peacock outside my room window, indeed a pleasant surprise.
