It was an amazing experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Ahmedabad. I've stayed at this hotel two times in the month of September 2023. All Hotel staff members are very courteous. Rooms are spacious, very neat and clean with a nice open view. For the members they offer lounge access and some of the complimentary SPA services.

Good stay and amazing food. Special thanks to Nidheesh, he gave helped me with his laptop for some urgent office work. I appreciate staff helpful approach. No language problem. Clean rooms. One suggestion if they can also have some thinner pillow option for people with migraine problems.

The morning staff of this hotel, including the duty manager, are unprofessional. The rooms were dirty and smelled. My agency already informed the hotel to provide early morning check-in at 9 a.m., but once I reach the hotel with my two kids, they deny check-in. They said I should come at 12 p.m., and I told them. I couldn't sleep last night because my flight was too early. The duty manager tries to make me a fool. I do not recommend this hotel because they cannot provide hospitality services. Budget hotels are much better than these hotels. this is totally wasting of money and stay.

Good hotel with nice town view . Average breakfast and dinner. need to improve food quality and housekeeping services . lot of rush in the breakfast time group of navy peoples making too much of noise. nice pool view inside the hotel and good terrace too..

By looking in to pictures online stayed in this hotel , Poor maintenance of rooms , Bed linings was not Clean including washrooms . In 3 days I changed 3 rooms due to poor maintenance, AC was not Working in one room, staff is Humble but they have poor training , appears un trained . Paid 7500 plus per day this was not the service expected for this price . No Sr managers will be available at Hotel to complain issues . Breakfast is poor hygiene looks a problem. It’s not served hot !!! Over all my life experience is not good , it’s not worth for the money we paid .

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the staff's service was prompt and courteous. I was impressed with overall comfort of my stay. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a top-notch lodging experience.

Everything was provided on time and with good assistance i.e. Iron as well as Hair dryer. Also the response on reception was prompt. Staff was polite too and prompt. Well maintained as well as Clean rooms.

Lovely view from the window as the name suggests. Booked by Veena World for Senior Citizens Group of Kerala. Though some minor lapses in the baths, rectified immediately on being brought to notice.

The room was quite nice and pleasant to look at with a nice and comfortable bed but there were several problems. that let the hotel down. The fridge was not working, the shower water was just lukewarm. At dinner and breakfast - nearly empty containers most food items not available. Surprisingly, the reception staff’s knowledge of English was poor – both to speak and to understand. We were on a trip of Kerala and landed in Kochin first. As the flight arrived in the afternoon, we decided to stay one night in Kochin and do some local sightseeing in Kochin itself. In hind sight, we should have moved on to Munnar which was our next stop. Fort Kochi is the recommended area to visit but it was a disappointment. There is no fort there. All there is to do there is to walk about 200 to 300 meters ***** the coast line. There are vendors ***** the path selling freshly caught fish and small cheap souvenirs. The sunset was beautiful though.. So my suggestion would be not to stop in Kochi unless you have to.... move on to your next stop in your tour of Kerala.
