Stayed here on the last stop in our Camino journey. Lovely rustic posada with perhaps 8/10 rooms. While it is built on the side of what can be a busy road, with windows closed that issue was solved. Lovely breakfast provided following morning. The town is very small and on the night we visited there was only one restaurant to have dinner which however was delicious. No evening food available at the posada.

Elegimos esta posada por los buenos comentarios pero salimos muy decepcionados. Viajamos mucho, tenemos experiencia en alojamientos y hemos de decir que no es buena la relación calidad-precio. Para cobrar como un hotel de 4* hay que dar unos mínimos servicios y esta posada no los tiene. No hay recepción: por teléfono te van dando instrucciones (dónde coger la llave, dónde está la habitación, otras instrucciones...). No nos dan cama de matrimonio como habíamos pedido (nos ofrecen una pero muy pequeña y oscura en la planta baja), ducha rota (y por comentarios de otros clientes entiendo que lleva rota varios meses) y otros desperfectos (roto un toallero), la televisión no se puede ver por las interferencias, cortina en la ducha, gel en sobres (muy básico), el desayuno exclusivamente de 9 a 10 (pero hemos de decir que ha sido lo mejor de la estancia, no es buffet pero es variado y abundante), mucho ruido de las otras habitaciones, admiten mascotas pero cobran 15€/noche pero no dan cama ni bebedero para el perro. A la dueña o encargada sólo la vimos a la hora del desayuno y es muy seria. En definitiva, no nos ha gustado

Recomendable, ambiente agradable, todo muy limpio, desayuno casero, pero todo muy rico y variado, café buenísimo, te dan a elegir entre fruta y el pueblo donde estas es súper bonito, tranquilo y bien cuidado, cerca de todo. El personal es muy atento.

La habitación genial, suficientemente grande y tampoco demasiado pequeña, el desayuno está muy bueno, el lugar está en muy buen sitio, estás con maravillosas montañas al lado y todo el pueblo muy bonito, las chicas muy majas. Me voy con una buena experiencia.

Te sientes como en casa y las chicas muy agradables. muy buen desayuno, habitaciones cómodas. Está en un buen lugar para visitar zonas de alrededor. Admiten mascota, cosa que es de agradecer encontrar sitios así.

Teníamos un bono regalo smartbox y decidimos reservar en la posada la ribera porque admitian mascotas. El viaje era del 18 al 20 de marzo. En vísperas a nuestro viaje (con las maletas preparadas) nos avisaron que había fallecido por sorpresa un familiar. Llamé a la posada para comentar lo sucedido e intentar cambiar la fecha del viaje, pero el dueño/señor que me atendió ignoró mi problema y le importó poco lo que nos había ocurrido. Dijo que por no avisar con 3 días de antelación, perdíamos el bono. Le comenté que cómo iba avisar con 3 días si el familiar había fallecido ese día, pero me ignoró por completo. No me quiso en ningún momento ofrecer la oportunidad de cambiar de fechas (le ofrecí incluso que pagaríamos un plus por el cambio. Le repetí en varias ocasiones que pagaría mos un plus, pero me ignoró por completo). Hablé con la empresa Smartbox y me indicaron que hablarían con la posada. Contactaron conmigo desde Smartbox indicándome que este señor no quiso hacer ningún cambio y que si no íbamos que perdíamos la reserva. Este comentó que tenía la posada super completa y que sería imposible realizar cambios. Me parece super injusto y la empatía de este señor deja muchísimo que desear. Nosotros salimos perdiendo porque este señor no es capaz de buscar una solución, pero además él sale ganando porque vuelve a poner en reserva la habitación tal y como lo he podido comprobar en la plataforma Booking. Es decepcionante, antipático y de mala persona actuar de esta manera. Hemos perdido una experiencia de fin de semana por culpa de la poca empatía de este señor.

Cogimos este hotel para nuestro aniversario. Tuvimos que llamar varias veces porque había problemas con la reserva. Finalmente al llegar, nos dieron la habitación más pequeña, sin lo que pedimos (bañera); y eso que el hotel estaba vacío (solo había una pareja más alojada, que sepamos). La atención tampoco fue buena, ya que la dueña (no sabemos ni como se llama porque no se presentó), no intercambió más palabras con nosotros que las estrictamente necesarias. Además, al preguntarle por la habitación con bañera, parece que no tenía constancia de ese requisito y no hizo nada por solventarlo. El desayuno fue bastante mediocre, en la habitación pasamos frío al dormir (no había ni una manta en el armario) y se escuchaban todos los ruidos, tanto interiores como exteriores. Desde luego, no volveremos.
