Tui Magic Life Fuerteventura - All Inclusive

Me and my husband had a brilliant time at TUI magic life.first time in jandia!!we have been too futerventura a few times now.but this was the best.our room was lovely.the bed was so comfortable and the maids kept it spotless.the whole off this hotel is 10 out off 10 for the cleaning..food was fantastic and and the drinks were great too..thankyou TUI magic life..we will be back one day

I loved my stay here but i must say the entertainment went a bit down. As an regular magic life visitor i was disappointed don’t get me wrong they try their best but its from higher up. The sport and games guys are amazing but if they stay to long talking with us they get called that they stay away to long even though it was only a couple minutes. I also saw how poorly the manager treats her team! Seeing that + that she can not speak English i have no idea how she got that position. Its a shame because those guys have alot of potential and would be praised if they do this in other magic life clubs. If someone is reading this from the reps another club will appreciate you i know you are thinking of it. And a big compliment to mathe, kie , ale and diego You guys made my vacation a bit better !

Room: (Need to admit that I didn't spend a lot of time there) + spacious enough, clean ++ amazingly comfortable king size mattress (were lucky as some guests said they had 2 singles joined together) + efficient aircon, safe deposit box. - hairdryer could be better - lots of minor faults (one light, TV not working) we didn't notice until few days in * Feels dated but not neglected - LOUD wind. And I mean loud. Room was on top floor, with high ceiling, on side of the resort (view from balcony towards the see one side and mountains other side). No other place in the resort we noticed wind to be so noisy. But not a big issue after day full of activities Food and bars: + spacious main restaurant -- never takes long to find a space + beside breakfast, food menu changes daily (of course, having in mind scale of the resort repetition of some dishes is unavoidable) + few live cooking stations + quick and helpful staff + adults only part separated + kids' corner with kids' ready tables and buffet - self-service coffee machines set-up to serve instant coffe, had bean to cup maybe once. + decent choice of all-inclusive drinks. - included drinks quite often comes pre-prepared (juices mixed) from big bottles) + 24hr bar spacious enough to have quiet(er) drink/coffe far from crowd and loudness of evening party * I know that there were also snacks available between lunch and dinner - didn't even check... * self-service taps: beer (Amstel), cider (Strongbow) and sangria like wine drink. - speciality restaurants - feels like no chance to book place unless you do it via app before arrival. Resort has 3 of them (included) but only one a day is open and always fully booked. Entertaiment and activities * can't really talk about evening entertainment - didn't take part too often to judge * kids' cinema and family cinema - can't really tell as didn't spent there more than 5 minutes - very loud. + Kids clubs and activities - you can leave you child in the club for 2 sessions a day - entertainment team tries hard to make them busy + Kids designed activities - tennis training, archery course. * Didn't try bike trips nor any adult activities but saw that there is plenty of them. Hotel grounds + spacious but simple to navigate + well maintained and clear + large pool with quite big shallow area for kids + separated splash area for little ones - no access to beach volleyball area when no activity planned - football ground need lot of attention and improvement - tenis courts booking might be difficult - main pool needs repairs - lots of tiles missing. In my opinion worth the price, and definitely will consider to go there again.

Thank you for everything especially the staff great and friendly behavior. The rooms were good and the food and drinks were good, too. It is recomended for a vacation with your family even if you have children. The kids pools have lots of fun and the relax pool was great for adults.

It started badly. The flight was 2 hours late so we arrived at the hotel after 21.30. The stale sandwich we were offered was a disgrace. The A/C in the room and the safe deposit box did not work in the room so we had an uncomfortably warm night. These two problems were reported and the A/C was repaired the next day. The safety deposit box never worked. Compared to other holidays we have been lucky enough to go on, we thought the food was poor. If you are expecting good 4-star Hotel food you will be disappointed here. We travelled with no children and stayed in one of the many quieter pools which were dotted around the resort which meant a long walk every time you wanted to use the only bar which was open during the day. The pool bar by the main hotel pool was very popular and always busy. This building also served daytime snacks such as French fries, burgers and hotdogs, etc. The ambience here was similar to, if you can imagine a McDonalds serving free food to an unlimited amount of indulgent people. Our biggest disappointment was that, in the evening, every table situated outside the bar area had an ashtray, and it seemed that everybody sitting outside was busily smoking. It could be so easy to have a segregated area for Non-smokers but the hotel seemed not interested in this idea. We would obviously never return here. The plus points. The lovely people working throughout the hotel did a great job and worked so hard. Also the location of the Hotel to the beach and the weather were superb.

We’ve had a great time so far, fantastic hotel for families with older children. The hotel itself is a great size and we never felt overwhelmed by people, there’s always a quiet spot if that’s what you’re looking for. The beach is down some steps and great to break up the day, a 40 minute walk along the beach takes you to a shopping centre with lots of offer. Using the scooters to get back is a must! Our 3 boys have loved all the entertainment and activities provided. A special mention to Chelsea who runs teen club, she goes above and beyond for everyone. We are already looking for our next magic life holiday.

So clean and beautiful setting. Food was amazing such fresh fruit and meat and veg. Loved it, kids had amazing time at kids club which was a bonus 3 hours free time in the afternoons! Pool scene is great and pool bar serves some great food in the afternoon. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel plus points are the grounds which are beautiful and makes it feel very spacious. There are lots of sunbeds in quiet or lively areas which is great. The closure of the Activity pool will NOT affect your holiday at all as the main pool is vast and also there is an additional pool and splash area for little ones. However the tiles are coming off the pool and in one day we saw two people have first aid for cut feet so recommend pool shoes for little ones to protect their feet. The rooms are tired but spacious and I would recommend taking pegs for the washing line as its very windy and also note the towels are AWFUL, totally threadbare and also the pillows are so lumpy and old! they need to replace all linen including the beach towels. Also take extra coat hangers not enough as always. The food is amazing lots of choice and the staff are superb. The wine is not great but you can purchase different bottles if you wish. Activities are good but really cater for little ones and teenagers but most things are for over 16's or tiny tots not good if you have a son aged 12! Booking into the specialty restaurants is not easy as there are only open a few nights a week so be prepared not to get in. Entertainment and evening's are brilliant and we danced the night away most nights. And last recommendation take plenty of jackets, jumpers in May as it can get chilly at night. The beach is stunning and well worth a walk to it. Jandia is good for shops but nothing else, we were disappointed. The gym and classes are brilliant but Gym was not often open on time and people were waiting to get in well after 8am so this needs addressing. Handy shop on site and all amenities taken care of. A lovely holiday overall.
