The rating this property has was not an accurate reflection of its condition in person. The lobby looks nice but the smell of air freshener is overpowering and offensive. The hallway on the second floor is dated and dark with low drop tile ceilings.
You are close to the interstate and you can hear the road noise very well.

Was nice for the price I guess but over all not bad pretty clean smelled good but it was cigarettes ashes and buts in the pool area. The towels and whatever that was left the night before was there for a few days but over all decent

Overall service was terrible, front desk staff was rude and not one of them smiled, spent most of the time down at the desk arguing with the management, everyone would just keep passing off the responsibility of care, was told our issues would be resolved at checkout due to not wanting to speak about it in front of other guests, ended up having to call customer support ourselves and have a case number to follow up. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

We along with several others were not able to get a room. There were people who were assigned rooms with people in them and our room which we were checking into at 10:30 pm was dirty, had not been cleaned up and the beds had been slept in!!! Promised a refund as it was thru *******. We will see.

Arrived to the room and one of the queen beds had a lot of hair strands under the covers. After our stay, we realized we had forgotten a pillow and went back to the hotel, within 12 hours, to go back and pick it up. Hotel staff wasn’t very helpful - was reluctant to look in their “storage”, where they keep lost and found items. Pillow was no where to be found. This had a pillow case on it that made it obvious it wasn’t one of the pillows the hotel uses.
How does this go missing? Esp when it’s realized the same day we check out and go back to retrieve it, since we were still in town.

Nice property right off of the highway. The lobby and hallways smelled nice throughout the building. The staff was very nice.

This place was great! The staff we so nice and helpful. I had a large group of about 30 people and they were constantly helping us with requests. Comfy beds and nice showers also.

Great place to stay at. Have traveled to Dallas twice this past year for events at the AT&T stadium and have stayed here both times.
