The man in reception was not very knowledgeable of business and
not very friendly.
Room didn’t have the normal items most hotels have. We had to ask even for towels.
Too noisy.

Terrible stay, 1 night 40 stairs up the room, no elevator. Move to lower lever room, toilet with no seat, roaches, repairs done, while we were staying there without letting us known, had risk of people stealing. Receptionist guy and repair guy walking into the room with master key, while already in bed, didnt even knocked.A/C never worked, when complained, guy at front desk said complain to *******, not me. In and out if room to do changes without notice. Terrible and traumatic experience

e made reservation with ********* but the personal did not now we were coming. We requested first floor because there is no elevator and my sister is over 70 and she gave us 3rd floor. Room seems like it was not used in a while so it has the smell and the shower overflowed and the sop dish felt to the floor because it was rusty. It is a very old building with luck of maintenance. Beds are uncomfortable. We reserved for 8 days left a few days early. The clean girl do a good in the lobby though

Indican estacionamiento y tiene alrededor de 28 habitaciones y 6 cajones, te están tocando en la noche las veces necesarias para q bajes a mover tu auto, el baño hace muchísimo ruido y en general escuchas todo, difícil para dormir

Cuando fueron a levantar las cobijas, se llevaron una mía y no hicieron nada para recuperarla ni darme alguna otra.

Las camas son muy duras, un sleeping puede ser más.comodo... nunca pudimos cerrar las ventanas de la habitación 7 porque los barrotes estaban chuecos, así que todo ruido en el hotel nos lo echamos.
El área de regadera en baño se veía sucio, por lo que preferimos no usarla. Lo mejor del hotel fue el wifi. Pagar 600 pesos por una habitación así, no lo vale

Desde mi llegada no encontraban la reservación y nos tuvieron esperando, el baño con fuga de agua, en algún lugar tenían la música a todo volumen y ya eran casi las 3 de la mañana y no hicieron nada por pedirles bajaran el volumen, las habitaciones no muy limpias había papelitos tirados se ve que no barren solo pasan la jerga, las camas ya muy gastadas, los colchones llenos de “chipotes” y la ropa de cama limpias las sábanas pero rotas y manchadas, la sobrecama no precisamente se veían lavadas

Solo hay dos aspectos que no nos gustaron:
1. Lad habitaciones requieren de ventilación ya que se sentía muchísimo calor
2. Los colchones estan incómodos, ya que se sienten viejitos y duros

Suben los precios y nos quieren cobrar nuevo precio, aún cuando ya habíamos reservado. El precio por una noche más, la cobran al doble.
