Great place to stay. Pool is nice and warm. Good place to be when it’s raining outside!

In the area to pick up work supplies and visit a friend! The pool was awesome. All staff were helpful and friendly. Very nice!

While I did absolutely love the room. It was clean and spacious. I called shortly after I checked out because I forgot a dress hanging in the closet. They told me there are no closets in the rooms and then proceeded to block my number so I couldn’t call again. Horrible business practice in my opinion. The pool was also closed during my stay.

Auf der Durchreise kurzfristig Online gebucht und paar Std. später eingecheckt. Gewohnter Holiday Inn Express. Alles in allem gut, bis auf die Teppiche in den Gängen. Diese könnten mal dringend eine Reinigung gebrauchen. Zimmer waren wie gewohnt. Bad in Ordnung. Betten gut. Klima auch gut. Einzig die Wände scheinen dünn zu sein. Ich konnte die Gespräche der Bewohner aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. Die Lautstärke der Gespräch war aber auch sehr hoch, cielleicht auch deshalb.
Für eine Nacht gut. Preis-Leistung war sehr gut. Verglicheb zu den Hotels in der nähe war das Hotel sehr günstig.

First, the good - they let us check in early; the pillows were incredibly comfortable; they had a lot of channels available on the tv and a list of all the stations.
Now, the bad. When we walked in, I immediately was hit with a musty/mildewy smell by the bathroom but couldn’t smell it anywhere else, so I convinced myself I was imagining it. However, my sinuses were irritated the whole time we were there.
Then, we tried to use the refrigerator. It was unplugged so we had to pull it out and plug it in. It was super dusty and obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a while. After we plugged it in, we discovered it didn’t work.
We also learned the body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. Thank goodness we had backups.
The final straw was the day of checkout. I went to run a final errand and told my daughter I would be back by the noon checkout time. She called me at 11:30 and said management had come to the room and said she had to leave in the next 10-15 minutes so they could clean. She then had to sit in the lobby until I got there.

Hotel is old, not great condition. I’ve machine broken on our floor. Tv wasn’t working right. Laundry was a joke. DO NOT book here for laundry availability. Someone had the key the entire time we were there. Breakfast was okay but never restocked.
