My family and I stayed in room 214 and found the beds to so hard and very uncomfortable. My husband had to sleep most of the night in the chair. I also asked a staff member at reception where abouts was the gym and pool I was told there wasn't any, I explained it, states it online he seemed confused. I think it needs to be altered online hence one of the reasons I had booked here. Apart from these issues the hotel was clean and very tidy, and the staff members were friendly.

The room was nice and clean. It was facing to the skyline, but very quiet even its next to the road.

房間很大，床很舒適，公共空間可以租乒乓球或是撞球，蠻便宜的，接待人員很友善，價格合理。旁邊就是Skyline很方便。

The bed was so hard, I dont know how the owners could think this is acceptable for guest to sleep on. Have they even tried sleeping on the beds themselves. Its a real let down, I highly recommend they purchase new comfortable mattresses for guest to have a good night sleep or buy mattress toppers to disguise how hard the mattresses really are. I feel sorry for guest who are staying there for more than 1 night.

Our stay here would have been pleasant if not for the incredibly uncomfortable beds. They were rock hard. I am not convinced they are even mattresses- possibly the box springs that usually go underneath mattresses with the thinnest mattress topper. Being 8 months pregnant, this was torturous and I spent several hours awake trying desperately to fall asleep. Otherwise it was clean and tidy and the staff were pleasant.

The hotel and the staff are amazing. Beyond incredible. Our number plates from our rental car were stolen and they even drove us to the police station.
Unfortunately the carpark only have cctv cámaras owners should be aware of this situation and try to do something about it.
Other than that the hotel is very good. They allow us to do the check in early for $40 .

Great location just across from the gondola. On the comfort it's the luck of the draw. We had 2 double beds, one was fine the other one as hard as a rock, and I like a firm bed, but it was just too hard. Also, what is up with the micro toilet paper, it's like a specially designed 1/4 roll size. Besides all this, front desk was super nice. I would still recommend it I can get the softer bed.

Staff were courteous and helpful. We had a wait at reception for check-in but staff offered free use of the massage chairs while we waited, which was nice. Unfortunately, the internet was down so they couldn't get them going. The games area for our young kids was a hit. There was a restaurant right next door which was very convenient. Our room was clean and tidy and very quiet. There were only two towels provided for the four ppl we had booked in, so had to go to reception to get more but that was fine. The beds were very, very hard and uncomfortable. Parking was also difficult to get at peak times i.e. in the evening.
